★ ★ ★ ★ ★ e' vergognosa la mancanza di attenzione al cliente . sembra , o meglio lo e' , una banca al tracollo . personale ridotto che deve fare salti mortali per l'incapacita' della direzione ,locale e non , di gestione . oltretutto maleducati visto che ti mettono in attesa e dopo riagganciano senza risposta , e io pago !!!!!! del reclamo inviato alla sede di genova non esiste traccia nonostante abbia la ricevuta di ritorno . prendero' provvedimenti .
