Attese eterne e servizio clienti online inesistente (anche se questo è un problema della banca e non della filiale) Bad experience, extremely uninformed staff about their products (think that I had to show the lady the bank's internet page to show her that the product I was talking about existed). Eternal waiting and non-existent online customer service (even if this is a problem with the bank and not the branch)

Attaccare il telefono in faccia ad una persona (la sottoscritta) che é stata 10 anni vostra cliente dopo aver ignorato decine di email. Vergogna! Ma perché prelevate le commissioni dai conti dei vostri clienti se non offrite alcun servizio?! Ladri! Bad branch with very rude staff. La mia famiglia e io siamo clienti presso questa filiale da anni, direi decadi, la situazione è peggiorata drasticamente: personale maleducato, scontroso, quasi esaurito. Sono andata nella giornata corrente 01/12/2021 sotto appuntamento con mio padre anziano. Dopo due ore di ritardo rispetto all’orario di prenotazione, veniamo finalmente considerati, mio padre nel fare una domanda ad una vostra dipendente allo sportello con tono educato è stato aggredito verbalmente davanti a tutti. Dovreste mandare qualcuno dei vostri collaboratori in incognito ad affrontare un appuntamento con questi incompetenti maleducati che lavorano nella filiale sopra citata. My family and I have been customers at this branch for years, I would say decades, the situation has worsened drastically: rude, surly, almost exhausted staff. I went on the current day 01/12/2021 by appointment with my elderly father. After two hours of delay with respect to the booking time, we are finally considered, my father in asking a question to one of your employees at the counter in a polite tone was verbally attacked in front of everyone. You should send some of your co-workers undercover to make an appointment with these rude incompetents who work in the aforementioned branch.

Ho deciso di scrivere una recensione per sottolineare come, in tutte le occasioni in cui ho avuto necessità di ricevere assistenza, ho sempre trovato estrema professionalità e cortesia da parte di tutti coloro che si sono dedicati al sottoscritto. Al giorno d'oggi, dove la fiducia nei grandi istituti bancari è un po' in declino, voglio congratularmi con la filiale di Pisa e con tutti i suoi collaboratori. Grazie! I have been a customer of this branch for more than 20 now. I decided to write a review to underline how, on all occasions when I needed to receive assistance, I have always found extreme professionalism and courtesy on the part of all those who have dedicated themselves to myself. Nowadays, where trust in large banking institutions is a bit on the decline, I want to congratulate the Pisa branch and all its collaborators. Thanks!

It’s very ridiculous to go bank and people behave like this. I have never experienced this kind of behavior with banks before in my whole life.

After 30 mins of talking about how to send the card to my Italian address, I waited for more than a week for a prepaid card and they ended up sending it to my country. I called the customer sservice they let me choose the hour and I chose 12. In the morning of the day, they sent me another reminder email about the appointment but when I went there, it turned out that they closed for 2 days, and would open 14h30 that day. I waited until 14h30, nothing happened. At 15h, they let us in but the staff were really rude and tried to avoid English speaking customers
