Veronica è stata molto professionale ma non solo, mi ha dedicato del tempo per farmi comprendere il valore aggiunto dei prodotti Lush.
 I entered this shop just out of curiosity, but to my great surprise I was served by Veronica who followed me during the purchase process and provided me with information on the entire Lush product line. Veronica was very professional but not only, she took the time to make me understand the added value of Lush products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apart of the mesmerizing smell and color fullness typical of every lush shop (which I love), the personnel is super kind and very knowledgeable of all products, fully able to counsel you and share all tips possible. The shop is very well organised, plenty of space to walk around and super tidy. I was served by Veronica who was very helpful and thoughtful. Great experience!
