 Ice cream shop recently opened in the fair city, I stopped out of curiosity and I must say that I was very happy. Ice cream, excellent, creamy and tastes very good !!! Nice and friendly staff !! Ice cream shop more than recommended.

Personale educato, ma poco propenso a fare lo scontrino.
Disinfectant gel is missing and the same gloves are used for food and money.

Fatta la richiesta di stare attenti alla contaminazione , causa celiachia , la risposta, oltre ad essere sgarbata, è stata: "non ho tempo per stare attent* , posso solo sciacquare il cucchiaio" e dulcis in fundo, imbrogliati anche sul peso di 500g di gelato..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno dei gelati più buoni di Udine. Gusti più o meno tradizionali affiancati anche a gusti senza zucchero (con fruttosio) e senza latte (oltre ai gelati alla frutta).
Personale molto disponibile.
One of the best ice creams in Udine. More or less traditional flavors also accompanied by sugar-free (with fructose) and milk-free (in addition to fruit ice creams) flavors.
Staff very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nulla da dire sulla bontà del gelato, ma non si possono assolutamente prendere i cucchiaini che mettono in bocca le persone con gli stessi guanti con i quali si maneggia continuamente denaro!!! Basta poco, i signori proprietari della gelateria oltre a fare soldi li spendano anche, assumano una persona che stia solo alla cassa, soprattutto nel periodo estivo, poi spendete qualche altro euro in più per i cucchiaini confezionati singolarmente!!!! Abbiamo preso il gelato una volta e sarà anche l'ultima!!!!
Infine fate sempre lo scontrino, io ho dovuto chiederlo.... incredibile!!!
Nothing to say about the goodness of ice cream, but you cannot absolutely take the spoons that people with the same gloves with which you constantly handle money in their mouths !!! It takes very little, the gentlemen owners of the ice cream shop in addition to making money also spend it, hire a person who is only at the cash desk, especially in the summer, then spend a few more euros for the individually packaged spoons !!!! We got ice cream once and it will be the last one too !!!!
Finally, always make the receipt, I had to ask for it .... incredible !!!
