I	Ivan Gazzoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono un gran goloso di gelato, ne mangio mezzo kg da solo... ho assaggiato quasi tutto il gelato offerto dalle gelaterie di Udine. Devo dire che ultimamente mi reco presso questa gelateria per tre motivi fondamentali: 1. Il gelato é molto buono, non ci sono una marea di gusti (che alla fine si distinguono solo dal colore), ma trovate quelli giusti e non sanno di polvere ne di zucchero come da altre parti. Consiglio il pistacchio, nocciola, la menta e il bacio. 2. Il titolare é gentilissimo, si ricorda dei clienti (e questo fa piacere), non elemosina il centesimo e se hai un bambino ha l'intelligenza di regalare un cono ed un biscotto (credetemi, non é da tutti oggi giorno). 3. Situato in una zona tranquilla, con un grande parco alle spalle, la passeggiata della Roggia nelle vicinanze e qualche panchina anche al parchetto di fronte. CONSIGLIATO ;-) I am very fond of ice cream, I eat half a kg of it alone ... I tasted almost all the ice cream offered by the ice cream parlors in Udine. I must say that lately I go to this ice cream shop for three fundamental reasons: 1. Ice cream is very good, there are not a lot of flavors (which in the end are distinguished only by color), but find the right ones and they don't taste like powder or sugar like in other parts. I recommend pistachio, hazelnut, mint and kiss. 2. The owner is very kind, he remembers the customers (and this is a pleasure), he does not beg for the penny and if you have a child he has the intelligence to give a cone and a biscuit (believe me, it is not for everyone today). 3. Located in a quiet area, with a large park behind it, the Roggia promenade nearby and a few benches also at the small park opposite. RECOMMENDED ;-)

Poi mi sono seduta fuori a mangiare il gelato e lui mi ha urlato furiosamente che non potevo stare lì. Capisco che a causa della pandemia non sia possibile, ma ci sono modi per chiederlo, non come così maleducato. Ci sono gelaterie migliori a Udine sia nel servizio che nel prodotto. Post scriptum. Ho visto che hai persino minacciato altre persone che ti hanno dato recensioni negative e dimostrato il tuo temperamento esplosivo. Capisco che la pandemia abbia devastato la tua pace e la tua economia, ed è per questo che devi prenderti cura dei tuoi clienti. Salva le minacce, sono una donna e semplicemente non torno nella tua gelateria. Lavora di più sul tuo customer service e sul controllo della tua rabbia è l'unica cosa di più che ho da dire. I don't recommend this place. The manager asked rudely and humiliating me if I was going to pay with a card for two ice creams. What do you care? There are better ice cream shops in Udine both in terms of service and product. Post Scriptum. I understand that the pandemic has devastated your peace and your economy, which is why you need to take care of your customers. Save the threats, I'm a woman and I just don't go back to your ice cream shop. Working more on your customer service and controlling your anger is the only thing more I have to say.

Consigliatissimo il gusto Cremino Goloso e per gli amanti lo yogurt, davvero favolosi! C’è la possibilità di trovare anche gusti senza latte per gli intolleranti inoltre ci sono torte gelato, di pasticceria e c’è la possibilità di ordinarle. Inoltre la cordialità e un sorriso (anche da sotto la mascherina) non mancano mai. Lo consiglio vivamente. Really great neighborhood ice cream shop.
