Il responsabile con il quale mi sono sempre interfacciata si è sempre dimostrato molto disponibile e professionale. Se dovessi descrivere la mia esperienza con questo patronato la definirei ottima sotto tutti gli aspetti. Personale cordiale e preparato. Consigliatissimo. For some years I have been relying on this patronage for some tax bonus practices. The manager with whom I have always interacted has always been very helpful and professional. If I had to describe my experience with this patronage I would call it excellent in all respects. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended.

Per compilare le pratiche del aggiornamento del permesso di soggiorno di solito non mi hanno mai chiesto soldi invece qua mi hanno detto che il costo e di 55€ (visto che lo aggiorno ogni 2 anni e le regole cambiano spesso non mi sono fatto domande) arrivo, compilo le pratiche prendo la ricevuta la butto fra i documenti vado via. Una volta a casa mettendo apposto i documenti vedo la ricevuta e questi 55€ di costi per compilare le pratiche sono diventati 50€ di contributo volontario e 5€ per la tessera di iscrizione. Polo mi sento proprio un polo. Not ethical and not very transparent. To fill in the procedures for updating the residence permit usually they never asked me for money, but here they told me that the cost is 55 € (since I update it every 2 years and the rules change often I have not asked myself any questions) I arrive , I fill out the paperwork I take the receipt I throw it among the documents I go away. Once at home, putting the documents affixed, I see the receipt and these € 55 of costs to fill in the practices have become € 50 of voluntary contribution and € 5 for the registration card. Polo I really feel like a polo.

Sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso quando sono stato richiamato da loro per risolvere delle questioni che altri patronati hanno preferito lasciar cadere nel dimenticatoio. Very kind and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised when I was called back by them to resolve issues that other patronages have preferred to drop by the wayside.

Personalmente questo patronato non me lo trovo sotto casa ma ne vale la pena, a voi la scelta! I give 4 stars because the staff are professional, friendly and sometimes very patient. Personally, I can't find this patronage under the house but it's worth it, the choice is yours!

So over the 5 stars for patience and seriousness, and sympathy.
