★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volevo acquistare una cintura e ho chiesto se potevano accorciarla, ma mi hanno risposto che non fanno questo servizio, perciò non l'ho comprata. Peccato che invece nella stessa catena al Tiare di Gorizia, stessa cintura, le commesse, molto gentili, hanno subito provveduto ad accorciarla.
I wanted to buy a belt and asked if they could shorten it, but they said they don't do this service, so I didn't buy it. Too bad that in the same chain at the Tiare di Gorizia, the same belt, the very kind shop assistants immediately took steps to shorten it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Organizzazione pessima, sul sito di carpisa c'è scritto in modo chiaro che gli ordini effettuati online si possono restituire nei negozi abilitati per questo servizio (tra qui questo, al città fiera).
Vado in negozio e il reso non si poteva fare perché "non sono stati informati di come si faccia questa procedura" e quindi ho dovuto procedere con la prenotazione del ritiro presso il proprio domicilio tramite corriere, anche qua scarsa organizzazione, dopo aver iniziato la procedura di reso sul loro sito c'è scritto di contattare il corriere per il reso ma non che corriere, né che numero contattare.
Ora sto aspettando risposta dell'assistenza per capire come cavolo fare sto reso, non ho parole.
Non si può scervellarsi in questa maniera per fare un reso!
Bad organization, on the carpisa website it is clearly written that orders placed online can be returned to the shops enabled for this service (including this, to the fair city).
I go to the shop and the return could not be done because "they have not been informed of how to do this procedure" and therefore I had to proceed with the booking of the collection at home by courier, even here poor organization, after starting the procedure on their website it says to contact the courier for the return but not which courier, nor what number to contact.
Now I'm waiting for a response from the assistance to understand how the hell I'm made, I have no words.
You can not mind in this way to make a return!
