★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OK in an emergency, but the service is unbelievably bad. Always a terrible experience interacting with completely apathetic and poor mannered staff. It really is disgusting customer service. To protect the innocent I'll clarify that my most recent customer service experience was with the young woman called "Nancy"; - she really was abysmal, even judging by Norauto's standards. (Nancy: non sei tagliato per questo lavoro. Mi dispiace, però fai schifo)
