★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza!!! Portato a riparare macchina del caffè saeco, con guasto evidente alla pompa dell'acqua. Riconsegnata ripulita ma col solito problema. Riportata altre 2 volte e provato a spiegare che la macchina andava testata diverse volte perché il problema si presentava di tanto in tanto, ma riconsegnata sempre guasta (ovviamente a detta loro funzionava). Alla fine sono stato anche trattato con sufficienza, sentendomi dire "chissà cosa ci ha fatto"..
Morale: portata macchina alla concorrenza e riparato il guasto alla prima!
Very bad experience !!! Made to repair saeco coffee machine, with obvious fault to the water pump. Returned cleaned up but with the usual problem. Reported twice more and tried to explain that the machine had to be tested several times because the problem appeared from time to time, but returned always spoiled (of course according to them worked). In the end I was also treated with enough, feeling me say "who knows what he did" ..
Moral: take the car to the competition and repair the first fault!

Oltre che ad usufruire di un servizio di assistenza puntuale, preciso ed efficace nel risolvere il problema, ho riscontrato nel proprietario molta competenza, preparazione e disponibilità nell'assistere il cliente. I prezzi dei prodotti sono molto vantaggiosi rispetto ad altri negozi della stessa tipologia ed inoltre vi è molto assortimento. Assolutamente consigliato!
