★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto se facessero assistenza su una lavatrice specificando la marca. Prima di rispondere alla domanda mi hanno chiesto fosse in garanzia o no. Non mi sembra molto professionale.
I asked if they did service on a washing machine specifying the brand. Before answering the question they asked me was it under warranty or not. It doesn't look very professional to me.

Per quanto riguarda la mia esperienza con questa ditta posso solo che esprimere una recensione negativa perché a mio avviso una ditta poco seria.
Mi hanno consegnato il mio elettrodomestico in riparazione da loro, dopo un'agonia di un mese e mezzo......
Morale della favola mi hanno consegnato la macchina non riparata a dovere dal problema che aveva e in più mi è stata consegnata con la pannellatura rotta e ciliegina sulla torta...., la macchina fa un rumore infernale.
In più gli ho dovuto pagare 150 euro.
Vergona!
Consiglio vivamente di lasciar perdere a chiamare questa gente.

Regarding my experience with this company, I can only express a negative review because in my opinion it is not a very serious company.
They delivered my appliance to be repaired by them, after an agony of a month and a half ...
Moral of the story they gave me the machine not properly repaired from the problem it had and in addition it was delivered to me with the broken paneling and icing on the cake ...., the machine makes a hellish noise.
In addition, I had to pay him 150 euros.
Shame on you!
I highly recommend that you let it go and call these people.

Dopo averli contattati telefonicamente e in precedenza di persona...aver caricato con mezzo proprio tre elettrodomestici, arrivati a destinazione e sentirsi dire che nn hanno posto x la giacenza e che la riparazione avrà tempi lunghi....mentre al telefono il giorno prima ci è stato detto che un elettrodomestico l avrebbero riparato subito (dato che ne avevamo urgenza) .Ditta poco seria indisponenti e maleducati.
Unreliable! After having contacted them by phone and previously in person ... having loaded three appliances with their own means, arrived at their destination and being told that they have not placed x the stock and that the repair will take a long time .... while on the phone the day before we were told that an appliance would have it repaired immediately (as we were urgent). Company not very serious, irritating and rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, si spacciano come servizio di assistenza multi marca, invece sono degli incompetenti con un solo obbiettivo, venderti un nuovo elettrodomestico. E pensare che ero stata messa in guardia dalle mia vicina.
Assolutamente da stare alla larga.
Bad experience, they pass themselves off as a multi-brand assistance service, instead they are incompetent with only one goal, to sell you a new appliance. And to think that I had been warned by my neighbor.
Absolutely to stay away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolta a loro per un pezzo di ricambio per la lavastoglie, che loro non avevano a disposizione subito, e mi hanno suggerito contro il loro interesse dove poterlo acquistare subito. Credo che questo dimostri la professionalità di chi ci lavora. Sicuramente lo consiglierò e lo terrò presente per eventuali altre necessità future, grazie.
I contacted them for a spare part for the dishwasher, which they did not have immediately available, and they suggested against their interest where to buy it immediately. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La settimana scorsa ebbi un problema per la continua " mancata accensione" di una stufa a pellet immediatamente risolto da personale competente e gentile , nonché attenti a non lasciare sporco intorno alla stufa da riparare.
Purtroppo oggi 20 dicembre, il problema si è ripresentato ma prontamente risolto da un tecnico tramite web , istruedomi su come far ripartire la stufa....
Quindi felicissimo di essermi affidato alla ditta Rossi Service
