★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aquistati 4 elettrodomestici delusione totale, danno 10 anni di garanzia per corrosione vasca della lavastoviglie, ma e in plastica :), frigo neff k4400 venduto come A+++ pero e un A+ non ha nemmeno una lampadina a led per rispariare luce dentro e antico comme quella della mia nonna e anche molto rumoroso. Non dico niente di piano cottura pero non e niente di che. Promozioni per attirare clienti che non sono riuscito registrare sul internet, stati atenti leggeti bene i regolamenti non quelli sul volantino Promo Flexi ma scaricate dal sito che non sono uguali. Neff e solo un brand gonfiato da arredatori non si merita assolutamente soldi. Sconsigliabile!
Purchased 4 appliances, total disappointment, they give a 10-year warranty for dishwasher tank corrosion, but in plastic :), neff k4400 fridge sold as A +++, however, and an A + does not even have a led bulb to save light inside and as old as the my grandmother is also very noisy. I am not saying anything about a hob but it is nothing. Promotions to attract customers who have not been able to register on the internet, read the regulations carefully, not those on the Promo Flexi flyer but downloaded from the site that are not the same. Neff is just a brand inflated by interior designers and absolutely does not deserve money. Would not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolto per la sostituzione della lavastoviglie e oltre al prodotto che è molto valido sono stati veramente bravi nell'installazione anche per la risoluzione dei problemi che hanno dovuto affrontare per la rimozione del prodotto da sostituire.
Da sottolineare che sono anche molto precisi e ordinati.
Li consiglio assolutamente. Bravi.
I went for the replacement of the dishwasher and in addition to the product which is very good they were really good in the installation also for the resolution of the problems they had to face for the removal of the product to be replaced.
It should be noted that they are also very precise and tidy.

Tra l'altro per tutto il tempo della riparazione del piano cottura mi hanno dato in prestito gratuito due piastre elettriche. Spero proprio di non averne bisogno in futuro ma, nel caso se ne presentasse la necessità tornerei sicuramente da loro.
NEFF qualified and professional service center. Very precise in their work and punctual deliveries. Among other things, for the whole time of the repair of the hob they gave me two electric plates on loan for free. I really hope not to need them in the future but, in case the need arises, I would definitely go back to them.

Il servizio è stato eccellente: dalla cortesia della signora al telefono, alla professionalità del tecnico venuto a casa. Quest’ultimo era attrezzato di ogni cosa persino del panno su cui poggiare i pezzi bagnati. Mi ha anche sistemato un fuoco del piano cottura che non teneva più il minimo (anch’esso Siemens).
I needed technical assistance for my Siemens dishwasher which was hit by an electrical discharge from a thunderstorm. The service was excellent: from the courtesy of the lady on the phone, to the professionalism of the technician who came home. The latter was equipped with everything, even the cloth on which to place the wet pieces. He also fixed a hob fire that no longer held the minimum (also Siemens).
