★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono venuti e hanno volutamente rotto la caldaia, per poi chiedere una cifra assurda per ripararla. Incredibile che ci sia un centro autorizzato così (essendo l'unico purtroppo).
They came and deliberately broke the boiler, then asked for an absurd amount to repair it. Unbelievable that there is such an authorized center (being the only one unfortunately).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho la caldaia nuova di 3 anni in blocco di venerdi sera. sabato mattina certo di contattare qualcuno con i cellulari messi in fattura .. tutti spenti . siamo in pieno inverno senza riscaldamento e senza acqua calda .. questo non è possibile . Appena posso cambierò assistenza
I have the new 3 year old boiler in bulk on Friday evening. Saturday morning sure to contact someone with the cell phones put on the invoice .. all off. we are in the middle of winter without heating and without hot water .. this is not possible. As soon as I can I will change assistance
