Ho deciso quindi di non procedere con il lavoro. Vi do un consiglio: fatevi fare un preventivo scritto e firmato, su carta intestata, con prezzo, durata del lavoro e validità dell'offerta.
His verbal estimate changed in both price and delivery on the day of the appointment despite having viewed the car before doing the work. I therefore decided not to proceed with the work. I give you some advice: get a written and signed quote, on headed paper, with price, duration of work and validity of the offer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale socievole ed accomodante! Hanno provveduto alla sostituzione del tettino della mia new beatle cabrio. Una volta sostituito hanno pensato persino a ricucire la vela interna ormai deteriorata dal tempo e mi hanno consegnato l'auto lucidata e lavata.
Friendly and accommodating staff! They have replaced the roof of my new beatle convertible. Once it was replaced, they even thought about stitching up the internal sail which had deteriorated over time and gave me the polished and washed car.
