C	Camille on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positif: L'accueil, la propreté, la tranquillité, la situation près du centre historique de Florence et le parking gratuit à proximité. Négatif: Appartement très mansardé. Peu pratique quand on mesure plus d'1,70 m. Même problème pour la douche. La pompe d'arrivée d'eau est très bruyante..

Muchos problemas con el agua caliente, el agua caliente se corta y sale fría. El baño es muy incómodo y no hay ducha. La calefacción de una habitación no funciona. No tiene sábanas, solo el edredón y funda de almohada. El apartamento está en un 4 piso sin ascensor y con escaleras muy incómodas ( inviable para niños pequeños). Los techos son muy bajos, yo mido 1'70 y me daba en la cabeza..
A	Astrid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Négatif: «a déconseiller fortement ou faire une définition juste du produit» rien ne correspondait, nous avions retenu 2 chambres doubles et nous nous sommes retrouve avec 2 chambre avec des lits simples. l'appartement est au 8 étages et demi, sûrement un oubli sur la définition qui a de l'importance. Pour le matin pas de cafetière. il impossible de faire cuire quoi que ce soit car les poêles sont incompatibles avec avec la plaque chauffante à induction et il n’y a pas de four. il y a régulièrement jour et nuit un bruit important de la pompe a eau qui décerne l’étage se trouvant dans la cuisine. pas de support de serviettes de toilette ce qui est gênant à 3. Propreté negligee. Nothing was corresponding, pictures shows 2 double bed in 2 bedrooms, but it was 2 bedroom with 4 simple bed. The apartment is at the 8th floor, apparently an other simple detail forget in the description .. For the morning there is no coffee maker The poeles in the kitchen didnt fonction in fact there are no poele for induction kitchen. There is regulary (day and night)a noise coming from the water in the modèle of the little kitchen. The bathroom is not pratical, there is not évent à towel rock. And thé cleanliness is negligee.

A	Alessio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Nothing. Negative: The pictures don’t represent the reality. The apartment is high almost 1,50 mt, the bathroom 2 sm, dirty, no facilities. Host contacted but he didn’t try to solve the problem. AC noisy.
L	Lisa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Location. Negative: A dump way below the standard of everywhere else in Italy. Exposed beams covered in dust blown around by A/C. After waking up with asthma, my husband pulled out an air conditioning filter that looked like it was never cleaned. Tatty lounge, lumpy bed, tv not connected, broken breadboard, tatty kitchen and utensils in a filthy jar, not even a pair of mugs. And charged us city tax for four rather than two! Every email calling for a refund was met with a standard email of introduction/info which we’d already received 3 times. It is actually a HEALTH HAZARD for anyone suffering Asthma or allergy. It should have been nice but space is filled with furniture that looks and feels like it was picked up by the side of the road. They should be ashamed renting this to tourists and charging what they do. Worst we encountered in Italy, charging literally twice the price!!.
