At the high-end atmosphere, the styles are diverse and complete. At first, I thought that there might be problems in communication. I didn't expect the clerk to be proficient in various languages. The Chinese lady in the room was particularly enthusiastic and had zero obstacles and was happy! Recommended!

Ragazze e ragazzi disponibilissimi oltre che simpatici,mi hanno consigliato sul mio primo longines e per un regalo che volevo fare alla mia ragazza. Leggo una recensione negativa dove leggo “razzismo”,posso assicurarvi che nn è cosi. Ho avuto piacere di parlare con le ragazze/i italiani,cinesi e la ragazza russa e sono tutto tranne che razziste. Ciao ragazzi al prossimo acquisto! I am going out now from the boutique after my purchase ... I have already bought from them more than once and I can say that it is always a pleasure. Extremely helpful girls and boys as well as nice, they advised me on my first longines and for a gift I wanted to give to my girlfriend. I read a negative review where I read "racism", I can assure you that this is not the case. I had the pleasure of talking to the girls / Italians, Chinese and the Russian girl and they are anything but racist. Hi guys at the next purchase!

They were serving a European couple before us with big smiles and happy laugh. After the couple left one staff left directly and another staff didn’t give us any attention. Later we asked to try some watches and at the end we didn’t find one we like. He showed a very cold face and didn’t give us any response when we said “thank you”. I would never go there again.

Btw these watches are amazing but good service is more important in nowadays ,I’ll come back with my friends and buying some .many thanks and greeting from Madrid !
