Purtroppo a distanza di pochi mesi recandomi presso un'officina autorizzata per la risoluzione di un'anomalia (mancato funzionamento sistema ISG) mi è stato riferito che il problema è legato allo stato di usura della batteria che aveva quasi 6 anni di vita. Mi sento pertanto di consigliare a chi acquista una vettura di chiedere delucidazioni sui componenti come la batteria che non sono coperti da garanzia. Nel mio caso purtroppo sarò costretto a pagare di tasca mia la sostituzione (circa 300€). I bought a second hand car from the dealership. Unfortunately, after a few months, when I went to an authorized workshop for the resolution of an anomaly (failure of the ISG system), I was told that the problem is linked to the state of wear of the battery, which had almost 6 years of life. Therefore, I would advise anyone who buys a car to ask for clarification on components such as the battery that are not covered by the warranty. In my case, unfortunately, I will be forced to pay for the replacement out of my own pocket (around € 300).

Siamo stati accolti da Denis che ci ha messo subito a nostro agio e dopo una chiacchierata, ha capito di cosa avevamo bisogno indirizzandoci sulla scelta migliore. Dopo la chiusura del contratto e la consegna dell'auto avvenuta senza intoppi (dove ci hanno dato la possibilità di controllarla senza fretta), qualche giorno dopo, sono stato contattato nuovamente da Denis, per avere un feedback dell'auto acquistata. Quindi io direi che siamo pienamente soddisfatti del trattamento ricevuto. Non ci resta che macinare un po' di km per testare l'acquisto a pieno. Grazie Kia e grazie Denis. Il venditore mi ha seguito fino alla consegna della vettura la quale non ha tradito le mie aspettative per estetica e curatezza nei dettagli e nell'asssembramento dell'auto tranne per due piccole note negative ma che non compromettono il mio giudizio finale. Il primo la mancanza di qualche cavallo in più che le avrebbe dato un po' più di sprint alla mia sportage GPL e poi non per colpa del venditore ma per scelte aziendali l'obbligatorietà ad acquistare l'auto con finanziamento ma in questo periodo è cosa comune per tutte le concessionarie.
