Colgo l’occasione per ringraziare il loro commerciale Enrico N., con il quale abbiamo portato avanti la trattativa commerciale nel corso degli ultimi mesi, per la disponibilità e la cortesia intercorsa in ogni incontro. Essendo un loro nuovo cliente mi auguro che in futuro l’assistenza tecnica soddisfi in pari modo le nostre aspettative. Solitamente sono molto critico nelle mie valutazioni ma nel caso specifico Enrico è riuscito ad incontrare in pieno le mie attese, anche il giorno stesso della consegna vettura. I take this opportunity to thank their salesman Enrico N., with whom we have continued the commercial negotiations over the last few months, for his availability and courtesy in every meeting. As a new customer of theirs, I hope that in the future technical assistance will meet our expectations in the same way. Usually I am very critical in my evaluations but in this specific case Enrico managed to meet my expectations in full, even on the day of delivery of the car. Thanks Enrico: Vote 10! Until next time!

c	ciccio di gennaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cordiali e disponibili eravamo andati per un auto che avevo visto sul sito ma che vedendo dal vivo non era adatta alle mie esigenze il venditore comunque ha fatto una ricerca tra le auto usate appena ricevute tra le varie filiali ma ancora non aggiunte nel sito ed una era perfetta per me quindi dopo aver visto una quindicina di rivenditori finalmente la ricerca era finita: hanno pensato loro alla rottamazione alla pulizia ai vari documenti e all'interno dell' auto ho trovato un kit di emergenza stradale molto completo; altra nota molto positiva e da non trascurare è che mettendo le caratteristiche (anno kilometri modello e ovviamente prezzo) dell'auto in tre siti di vendita auto non saltava fuori niente di simile. Simone Splendore era il venditore con cui abbiamo trattato ma sono sicuro che anche gli altri venditori non sono da meno. Friendly and helpful we went for a car that I had seen on the site but which seeing live was not suitable for my needs the seller however did a search among the used cars just received among the various branches but not yet added to the site and one was perfect for me so after seeing about fifteen dealers the search was finally over: they thought of the scrapping, cleaning of the various documents and inside the car I found a very complete road emergency kit; another very positive note and not to be overlooked is that putting the characteristics (model year and obviously price) of the car in three car sales sites did not turn up anything similar. Simone Splendore was the seller we dealt with but I'm sure the other sellers are no less.

Al momento dell’acquisto non sono stato informato che per quell’auto il bollo era stato sospeso e di conseguenza era come se partissi da zero. Fino a che dopo un paio di anni mi sono visto recapitare la multa. Leggerezza mia che non mi sono informato, però i professionisti dovrebbero essere loro. Per cui occhio al bollo! I bought a used car from Ceccato. At the time of purchase, I was not informed that the tax had been suspended for that car and consequently it was as if I were starting from scratch. Until after a couple of years I saw the fine delivered. My lightness that I have not informed, but the professionals should be them. So watch out for the stamp!

I have visited that dealership 4 to 5 times and the only time a salesman approached me was to tell me to put my mask on.....outside in the grass area with no one else around me. Today I went there and they have reduced their inventory by 80% or so...basically it looks like there going out of business! That would not surprise me at all based on their lack of service, inventory and ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS PRICES. I can buy the same vehicles in America for 50% to 60% less. The cars are filthy, not lined up correctly, flat tires on some cars (two new Audi A4 wagons side by side both had, at least, one flat tire. Everyone I've talked to about this dealership has had similar experiences as mine and feel the same way that I do. What a waste of space and prime real-estate for a properly operated business.
