★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto bisogno della loro auto officina per un guasto improvviso e inaspettato dla mia auto nuova dopo soli 6 mesi dalla immatricolazione.... Ho atteso 29 giorni x la riparazione, in quanto il pezzo guasto non era a disposizione in tutto il territorio Italiano,( causa problematica pandemia covid x alcuni pezzi di auto). A parte questa situazione incredibile , non riconducibile al concessionario, il personale si e' dimostrato veramente dispiaciuto e disponibilissimo.... e professionale.
 I needed their workshop car for a sudden and unexpected breakdown of my new car after only 6 months from registration .... I waited 29 days for the repair, as the broken part was not available throughout the Italian territory, (due to problematic covid pandemic x some car parts). Apart from this incredible situation, not attributable to the dealer, the staff were truly sorry and extremely helpful .... and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi è stato detto di essere puntuali per l'accettazione in quanto era molto importante per la loro organizzazione, così ho fatto ed ero contento della precisione .. è un buon sintomo.
Non ho voluto fare subito lo svizzero, però dopo 50 min di attesa mi sono pronunciato ed ho attesa altri 20 prima del check in ..
Non è un buon sintomo .. !!
Per il resto molta attenzione sulla manutenzione e prezzo nella norma, anche se credo che per un cambio d'olio e due verifiche sia davvero tanto per una utilitaria più di 300 euro ...

I was told to be on time for acceptance as it was very important to their organization, so I did and was happy with the accuracy .. it's a good symptom.
I didn't want to be Swiss right away, but after waiting 50 minutes, I gave my opinion and waited another 20 before checking in ..
Not a good symptom .. !!
For the rest, a lot of attention is paid to maintenance and the price is in the standard, even if I think that for an oil change and two checks it is really a lot for a small car more than 300 euros ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio indecoroso. Accettano prenotazioni service dal sito Toyota, e dopo poche ore telefonano dicendo che non c'è posto, che il sistema sbaglia e ti propongono un appuntamento dopo 3 settimane!
Meno male che a Milano non ci sono solo loro. Telefonato ad un altro concessionario, 1 settimana di tempo e quando mi era più comodo.
Non penso ci rivedremo.
Indecent service. They accept service reservations from the Toyota site, and after a few hours they call saying that there is no room, that the system is wrong and offer you an appointment after 3 weeks!
Luckily, it's not just them in Milan. Called another dealer, 1 week's time and when it was most convenient for me.
I don't think we'll see each other again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avrei potuto rivolgermi alla concessionaria ( per la garanzia della mia auto) vicino alla mia posizione , ma ho optato per questa concessionaria dello stesso gruppo , nonostante la distanza maggiore di 40 km . Rivolgendomi a loro mi hanno trattato come si dovrebbe trattare un cliente , ascoltandomi e aiutandomi a risolvere burocrazie problematiche sulla garanzia della mia auto (cosa che altre succursali mi hanno negato ) . Consiglio vivamente questa succursale autotorino in quanto troverete persone competenti e gentili . Spero vi sentirete come mi sono sentito io ....provare per credere
I could have gone to the dealership (for my car warranty) near my location, but I opted for this dealership from the same group, despite the greater distance of 40km. By contacting them they treated me like a customer should be treated, listening to me and helping me solve problematic bureaucracies on my car warranty (which other branches have denied me). I highly recommend this autotorino branch as you will find competent and kind people. I hope you will feel the way I did .... try it for yourself
