Chiedere degli esami specifici, avere detto che verranno eseguiti e dopo 2 settimane scoprire che non è così da parecchio fastidio. Soprattutto dopo aver pagato e ricevere, alle mie rimostranze, arroganza e strafottenza. Se non fosse stato per il personale del laboratorio, che evidentemente è di tutt'altra sensibilità, non avrei avuto nemmeno modo di avere i dovuti chiarimenti. Dovrò ripetere gli esami altrove. Almeno ammettere l'errore e scusarsi piuttosto che infastidirsi e alazare la voce. La gente che viene da voi, viene per problemi di salute. Non siete una SPA. Peccato che un centro così grande si presenti così male e si esponga attraverso un personale così poco qualificato. Grazie comunque a coloro che lavorano all'interno e che oggi hanno compreso il mio disappunto. Per il resto pessimo! Lorenzo Delfino, cioè che "Ritiro Esami On Line" non funziona perchè accesso negato nel giorno e l'ora indicati e al telefono non rispondono mai. Rimando a domani sperando di poter parlare con qualcuno. Non essendo la prima volta che ciò accade, mi rivolgerò ad altro laboratorio di analisi, già provato, con il ritiro esami che funziona veramente. I fully confirm what is described in the review by Mr. Lorenzo Delfino, namely that "Withdrawal of On Line Exams" does not work because access is denied on the day and time indicated and they never answer the phone. The staff was very helpful and friendly and finished the whole procedure including paperwork and a little waiting time in less than 20 mins. Results also arrived in time. Very satisfied with the organization and efficiency of the process. Thank you very much.
