Cio' mi da garanzia che i miei esami vengono fatti in questo laboratorio. Vi faccio tantissimi complimenti e vi ringrazio x la simpatia e la bravura nella Vostra attivita'.
For years I have not found a professionalism as well as sympathy and cordiality as I found today in this analysis laboratory, and furthermore, I would like to underline LABORATORY and not simply a collection center, the latter very widespread. This gives me a guarantee that my tests are done in this laboratory. I congratulate you and thank you for the sympathy and skill in your business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La "signora" che in data 27/01/2022 alle ore 16:10 (senza neanche dire buongiorno o buonasera) ha risposto al centralino e alla mia richiesta di un chiarimento in merito ad una prestazione eseguita nel suddetto laboratorio ha risposto in maniera sgarbata e arrogante sostenendo che siccome non avevo parlato con lei quando ho fatto l'accettazione (come se io lo sapessi) non avevo nulla di cui lamentarmi quando la mia era semplicemente una richiesta di chiarimento. Mai più. Vergognosa. Una stella perchè di meno non si può.
The "lady" who on 27/01/2022 at 16:10 (without even saying good morning or good evening) answered the switchboard and to my request for a clarification regarding a service performed in the aforementioned laboratory replied in a rude manner and arrogant claiming that since I hadn't talked to her when I checked in (as if I knew it) I had nothing to complain about when mine was simply a request for clarification. Never again. Shameful. A star because you can't get less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to get tested at 8am to be told after half an hour they test from 10am. When I arrived at 10 a.m. they said they were testing from 12 p.m. They have no regard for tourists. Very bad.
