Avevo contattato altri centri e per ottenere l'esito degli stessi esami mi avevano richiesto un'attesa di 3/4 giorni, credo che ottenere risposte immediate, specie in certe circostanze, sia fondamentale per la salute fisica ma anche per quella psichica. So di aver parlato con una signora calma e cortese, però quando io e mia madre ci siamo arrivate, ci ha aperto un giovane ragazzo arrogante pieno di se e sicuro di, che ci siamo sbagliati il posto e ci ha risposto di andare altrove e non tornare più. “Che maleducato”. Les réponses à nos questions par courriel ont été répondues très rapidement + le jour de nos tests, nous nous sommes simplement présentés en personne à 8:00, ils nous ont fait remplir un formulaire et fait faire les tests. 15 min et nous étions sortis de la clinique. Nous avons reçus nos résultats le jour même vers 16:30. Vraiment super service et efficace. Merci! Great experience! We are two Canadians who did our PCR (molecular) tests at this clinic. Answers to our email questions were answered very quickly + on the day of our testing, we just showed up in person at 8:00 am, they had us fill out a form and had the tests done. 15 min and we were out of the clinic. We received our results the same day around 4:30 PM. Really great service and efficient. Thank you!
R	Renato Gimenes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver preso appuntamento, ho chiamato di nuovo per assicurarmi che l’ora di prelievo fosse incluso nel risultato, poiché alcuni paesi richiedono il tampone RT-PCR con un massimo di 72 ore. Una signora estremamente scortese ha risposto al telefono e ha detto che avrebbe fatto un'eccezione e incluso l’ora di prelievo, ma mi ha chiesto di andare in un’altra clinica la prossima volta. Questa signora deve avere qualche problema mentale. Hanno consegnato il risultato del test RT-PCR entro 5 ore, il che non è possibile. Tutti i laboratori richiedono almeno 24 ore per elaborare il tampone RT-PCR. Sospetto che stiano facendo il tampone rapido invece del tampone RT-PCR. La polizia dovrebbe indagare se c'è frode!
