Una vergogna. Se potessi darei zero stelle. Ho preso appuntamento per un tampone rapido (antigienico) e mi hanno ricevuto con 2 ore e mezza di ritardo (appuntamento alle 11:30, tampone effettuato alle 14 circa). Ho specificato che mi serviva un Green Pass e quindi un QR CODE per poter prendere l’aereo il giorno seguente. Mi hanno detto che me lo avrebbero fornito in giornata. Non l’ho mai ricevuto. Ho provato a contattarli per telefono a più riprese senza successo. Ho controllato più volte il sito dcg.gov per vedere se il mio tampone era stato registrato e da lì ottenere il codice per scaricare il Green Pass ma il mio dossier era introvabile. Stesso problema chiamando il 1500 (numero fornito dal laboratorio) e chiedendo di verificare se il mio tampone era registrato ma niente da fare. Ho dovuto fare (e pagare nuovamente) un altro test il giorno seguente in un altro laboratorio che mi ha fornito il Green Pass in 5 minuti. Vi auguro il fallimento, siete vergognosi.
A shame. If I could I would give zero stars. I made an appointment for a quick (unsanitary) tampon and they received me 2 and a half hours late (appointment at 11:30 am, tampon done at approximately 2 pm). I specified that I needed a Green Pass and therefore a QR CODE to be able to take the plane the following day. They told me they would provide it to me within the day. I have never received it. I have tried to contact them by phone several times without success. I checked the dcg.gov site several times to see if my tampon had been registered and from there to get the code to download the Green Pass but my dossier was nowhere to be found. Same problem by calling 1500 (number provided by the laboratory) and asking to check if my swab was registered but nothing to do. I had to take (and pay again) another test the following day in another lab which gave me the Green Pass in 5 minutes. I wish you failure, you are shameful.

Pessimo servizio. Tampone rapido prenotato il 2 agosto (dopo circa mezz'ora di attesa al call center per cercare di parlare con un operatore) per effettuarlo il 18 agosto alle 9.05. Arrivata lì, un collaboratore molto confuso e indisponente, si occupava di segnare chi si fosse presentato. Peccato che, anziché chiamare quelli con prenotazione (come me), ha fatto entrare persone facenti parte di un'altra lista e altre si sono letteralmente infilate prima di noi. Successivamente, il suo posto è stato preso da un'altra collaboratrice che, anziché gestire il flusso di persone, non faceva altro che indisporre le stesse e litigare con i condomini dello stabile per l'assembramento formatosi (per colpa loro, aggiungerei, dato che tutti noi volevamo spiegazioni circa questo ritardo di oltre cinque ore). Dopo che fantomatiche persone facenti parte di una lista "speciale", sono passate prima di me; sono riuscita ad entrare soltanto alle 13:30. Da premettere che la sala d'attesa di cui dispongono è veramente piccola, di conseguenza tutti coloro che aspettavano-come me- di effettuare l'esame, erano ammassati per strada, sotto il sole cocente e a ridosso del portone condominiale. Onestamente ho aspettato tutto questo tempo soltanto perché, la settimana di ferragosto, tutti i centri erano chiusi e i pochi disponibili ricevevano solo su prenotazione. Ho atteso il risultato del tampone per ben mezz'ora (nonostante qualsiasi farmacia dia il risultato in nemmeno cinque minuti). Inoltre, non mi hanno rilasciato alcun green pass, nonostante la mia espressa richiesta. Verificando sul sito del governo e inserendo il mio codice fiscale, non risultava che avessi effettuato il tampone. Da qua emerge anche il mio dubbio circa il reale calcolo di tutti coloro che effettuano tamponi rapidi. Ad ogni modo, esperienza da non ripetere e, soprattutto, centro non adatto a gestire tale mole di persone. Aggiungo anche che, mentre attendevo il mio esito, un paziente si è recato al laboratorio in quanto non aveva ricevuto l'esito via email del tampone effettuato il giorno precedente e ha poi scoperto di essere positivo (nel frattempo aveva girato mezza città e preso mezzi pubblici). Esperienza analoga è successa ad una signora che attendeva che le venisse consegnato il referto corretto delle sue analisi del sangue (dato che quello consegnato riportava i dati di un altro soggetto). Per concludere, ho ripetutamente espresso il mio rammarico per la situazione alla collaboratrice là presente e mi ha letteralmente detto: io le assicuro che farà il tampone, se non vuole aspettare che se ne vada. Ribadisco che si è trattata di un'attesa non indifferente, non di certo di pochi minuti (oltre il fatto che si sarebbe potuta risparmiare quella affermazione). Inoltre il tampone mi è stato fatto nella sala accettazione, davanti ad altri avventori che si accingevano a pagare il proprio tampone (dunque, privacy zero).

Honestly, I waited all this time only because, the week of August, all the centers were closed and the few available received only by reservation. I waited for the result of the swab for half an hour (although any pharmacy gives the result in less than five minutes). Furthermore, they did not issue me any green passes, despite my express request. By checking the government website and entering my social security number, it did not appear that I had swabbed. From here also emerges my doubt about the real calculation of all those who carry out rapid swabs. In any case, an experience not to be repeated and, above all, a center not suitable for managing such a large number of people. I also add that, while I was waiting for my result, a patient went to the laboratory because he had not received the result via email of the swab carried out the previous day and then discovered that it was positive (in the meantime he had traveled half the city and taken means public). A similar experience happened to a lady who was waiting for the correct report of her blood tests to be delivered to her (given that the one delivered reported the data of another subject). To conclude, I have repeatedly expressed my regret for the situation to the employee there and she literally said to me: I assure her that she will swab, if she does not want to wait for her to leave. I repeat that it was a considerable wait, certainly not a few minutes (besides the fact that that statement could have been spared). In addition, the swab was given to me in the reception room, in front of other customers who were about to pay their swab (therefore, zero privacy).

Ancora oggi nel 2022 non possiedono un rivelatore infrarossi di vene per i prelievi ,ogni volta che vado per un esame di sangue ,mi fanno 4 / 5 buchi se va bene, attrezzatevi e uno strumento di poco costo .

Pessimo laboratorio per avere un tampone molecolare ho aspettato 72 ore dovevo partire ho perso L aereo ( e non finisce qui) L importante per voi è fare business poi delle esigenze dei pazienti ve ne fregate !! In tutto questo mi arriva l’esito completamente sbagliato !!! Mi chiedo ma i controlli esistono in questo Paese ?
Poor laboratory to have a molecular buffer I waited 72 hours I had to leave I lost L plane (and not end here) L is important for you to do business then needs of patients there frigates !! In all this I get the completely wrong outcome !!! I wonder but the controls exist in this country?

So stato parecchie volte al centro di via la farina, per vari tamponi. Il personale é stato sempre molto gentile e professionale. Gli esiti mi sono stati sempre consegnati entro i tempi previsti. Al call center, la sig. Chiara è stata molto gentile e precisa nel comunicare ai colleghi le mie esigenze. Grazie a tutto lo staff.
I have been several times in the center of via la farina, for various tampons. The staff have always been very polite and professional. The results were always delivered to me on time. At the call center, Mrs. Chiara was very kind and precise in communicating my needs to colleagues. Thanks to all the staff.

PESSIMO. 8 ore di attesa e tra poco 24 ore x l'attesa di in referto di tampone molecolare. Fino adesso hanno, i pochi rispondenti al telefono "sollecitato", ma non arriva ancora nulla. La persona che mi ha fatto il tampone aveva molta premura di finire la giornata e diceva alla cassiera di sbrigarsi a farmi pagare così lei sarebbe andata avanti. A dir poco una vera VERGOGNA. Non consiglio x niente in un momento così critico. Attendo ancora.......
BAD. 8 hours of waiting and in a little while 24 hours x waiting for a molecular swab report. Until now, the few respondents on the phone "solicited", but nothing comes yet. The person who swabbed me was very eager to finish the day and told the cashier to hurry up and get me paid so she would move on. To say the least a real SHAME. I don't recommend anything at such a critical moment. I am still waiting .......

I left booking my PCR test to return home until the last possible moment and during a national holiday when everything was shut! The STRESS! After spending a morning trying to call every lab that I thought was open, no one picked up the phone so I decided to just turn up to Karol. - I came to the address of this lab at 3:30pm. Risky since it says they closed around 12:30 and opened at 4pm. At first I couldn't work out how to get in until a nice man brought me inside. There IS a bell/button you can press to get buzzed in. Go straight through and turn left at the back. - I had NO reservation but was prepared to beg my way to a PCR test. But I didn't have to. At 3:30pm there was only one other man waiting for his test. I told them I didn't have a reservation and they didn't seem to mind. They handed me some forms and I filled them in. - They brought me into a reception area. They scanned my passport (bring your passport!!!). I doubled checked that they had me down for the right test. They didn't. I needed the RT-PCR so it was good I checked. You should double check too! -It was 50 Euros and they said I should have it on Saturday night (I came on Friday afternoon) - The woman doing the test was super lovely and gentle. It was the best PCR test I've had, didn't hurt at all! - I rolled out of there feeling elated that I'd managed the seemingly impossible (getting a test during the holidays with no reservation) - The test results arrived in my inbox 12 hours after I took the test! Wahoo! It WAS in my spam folder, so check there. And that's it. I hope this is helpful. I went into a dark research hole when I was looking to find somewhere. The process was smooth and took less than 20 minutes. My advice? If you can't call just turn up. I'm sure it'll be chill.
