★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentile, professionale, preparato e paziente, nonostante sia palesemente sottorganico rispetto al numero dei clienti, sempre più numerosi.
Nei periodi di maggior affluenza, diversi clienti attendono il loro turno a causa dello scarso numero di personale il quale, a sua volta, di fa carico del disagio arrecato pur sapendo che non dipenda da loro. Infatti chiedono sempre scusa, ti accolgono sorridendo e alla consegna, ti rinnovano le scuse.
Cara Locauto, sii fiera dei ragazzi della sede di Padova poiché, sostituendosi a te, ci rimettono la faccia facendosi carico dei disagi che tu, cara Locauto, hai il dovere professionale e morale di risolvere.
Ragazzi bravi davvero anche per le soluzioni che suggerite ai clienti, risolvendo, sul posto, gli eventuali problemi.
Ancora bravi.
 Kind, professional, prepared and patient staff, despite being clearly understaffed in relation to the number of customers, which are more and more numerous.
In busy periods, several customers wait their turn due to the low number of staff who, in turn, bear the burden of the inconvenience caused even knowing that it does not depend on them. In fact, they always apologize, they welcome you with a smile and upon delivery, they renew their apologies.
Dear Locauto, be proud of the guys from the Padua office because, by replacing you, they lose their face by taking on the inconveniences that you, dear Locauto, have a professional and moral duty to resolve.
Really good guys also for the solutions you suggest to customers, solving any problems on the spot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per quanto riguarda il naso tappato era nuovo non sono dovuto andare a lasciarlo in garage in quanto non era coperto per cui assicurazione e se non la RC responsabilità civile obbligatoria per legge. Avendo fatto circa 20 km dal noleggio al garage il ritorno la vettura ha consumato 4 litri di benzina, Difatti la lancetta del carburante non marcava alcuna mancanza ma secondo i calcoli eseguiti dalla signorina con l'iPad tramite i chilometri confermava la mancanza 4 litri così mi è stato consigliato di pagare €40 per rifornimento mancato. No comment. Questa, era l'auto di cortesia data dalla Porsche causa un danno che avevo ricevuto il giorno prima non so cosa dire
As for the stuffed nose it was new, I didn't have to leave it in the garage as it was not covered for which insurance and civil liability, if not compulsory by law. Having made about 20 km from the rental to the garage the return the car consumed 4 liters of petrol, In fact the fuel needle did not mark any lack but according to the calculations performed by the young lady with the iPad through the kilometers it confirmed the lack of 4 liters so I it was advised to pay € 40 for non-refueling. No comment. This was the courtesy car given by Porsche due to damage I had received the day before I don't know what to say

When you leave the car they don't make an inventory, so... They took from me 285 euros from my bank account without telling me.
After a mail they explained to me there was a damage when I parked the car, which is absolutely false.
Obliged to call on competent authorities because they don't answer anymore (after my request to send me prooves such as photos).
Ah and I forgot to mention, they provided me a car with underinflated tires and a leak in the cooling liquid, without cap on it (I had to put 3 times water in, on one week-end).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked the car through Rentalcars.com and have a valid italian driving licence renewed c/o the italian consulate of Hong Kong. Locauto refused to give me the car claiming that my driving license wasn't valid. It's unacceptable to being left on the road like this without any solution
