Cortesia e disponibilità in tutti i contatti telefonici, da cui traspare chiaramente che si ha a che fare con una concessionaria dove lavora gente che fa della ricerca di una soluzione conveniente per l'acquirente uno dei suoi maggiori punti di forza. Le auto in vendita sono selezionate con cura dai consulenti della concessionaria, che puntano soprattutto sulle aziendali con pochi km. Per concludere l'acquisto dell'auto a cui ero interessato, ho negoziato la permuta della mia precedente auto, spuntando un valore di ritiro accettabile. Tutta la trattativa è avvenuta a distanza, per cui sono andato a Padova solo una volta, per lasciare la mia precedente auto e ritirare quella acquistata. Una citazione particolare la merita il consulente che mi ha seguito dall'inizio alla fine, il sig. Tomas, persona perbene, sempre pronta a chiarire ogni dubbio e a venire incontro al cliente agevolandolo in tutta la procedura d'acquisto. Great dealership. Ad ogni modo, trovo finalmente un esemplare presso la loro concessionaria, mi informo sul possibile acquisto e data la disponibilità immediata, essendo presente REALMENTE in negozio, vado a vederla: perfetta, senza difetti visibili esterni e tenuta molto bene. Decido di acquistarla, seguito passo per passo dal venditore Tomas, che, sottolineo, è stato davvero molto cortese e paziente per tutta la trattativa, seguendo tutto step by step. In dieci giorni ho concluso il tutto, recandomi una seconda volta per il ritiro. Al mio arrivo in stazione a Padova vengo accompagnato in concessionaria dal titolare, Riccardo, che non manco di ringraziare. Esperienza davvero positiva, oltretutto l’auto prima della consegna è stata tirata a lucido, non posso che fare i complimenti per la serietà e la professionalità dimostrata.
