My 8-year-old son has been attending karate school for a year. Master Franco is very good, expert in the discipline but above all with the boys. Authoritative and calm, it has become a true guide. Silvia at the reception, always competent, friendly and welcoming. They make you feel in a real family environment and the boys are really followed very carefully. I met this gym as a mother because I was looking for a HEALTHY environment for my 7-year-old son where he can be protected from competitiveness and where he can learn about sport with the key to fun. He is getting passionate with maestro Franco like I've never seen him before, he downloads after 8 hours of school and doesn't even hear about competitions or medals (something that in past years had taken him away from sports). Only in this way does he have a great desire to go back to "his master" every time because karate is now pure fun for him, between a joke and the "war" with which the children chase the master. After so many unsuccessful attempts with football, rugby, skiing, seeing him so peaceful convinced me to accompany him every time to finally enjoy him amused in a sport. And from there I met Riccardo as a personal trainer: prepared, patient, available. After giving birth I had to get back in shape as I had gained 34 kg. The desire was lacking, however, because I have always avoided gyms where showing off stylish outfits and sculpted masses seems to be the only goal.
