Dopo aver definito un costo per il noleggio di un auto online per 4 giorni a Padova....arrivo allo sportello e la ragazza mi propone un’assicurazione alternativa in caso di danni al veicolo e/o quant’altro...accetto questa polizza pagando un certo prezzo che avrebbe dovuto essere scontato di un 10% circa...la ragazza mi scrive la cifra che avrei dovuto pagare sul contratto con lo sconto...in realtà sulla carta di credito mi è stato addebitato l’intero importo...niente sconti...diffidate!!! Ho telefonato per chiarimenti....trovo un’altra signora molto meno gentile che mi dice avrebbero stornato l’eccesso di spesa in realtà non lo hanno mai fatto....che trattamento...mai più Beware !!! I arrive at the counter and the girl offers me alternative insurance in case of damage to the vehicle and / or anything else ... Al ritiro, non trovo il veicolo della categoria prenotata e pagata anticipatamente, ma uno assolutamente inadatto a contenere famiglia e bagagli. In assenza di disponibilità, sarebbe bastata una telefonata o una mail per consentire al cliente di organizzarsi diversamente. In sintesi: inaffidabilità e poca attenzione alle esigenze del cliente. At the pick-up, I didn't find the vehicle of the category booked and paid for in advance, but one that was absolutely unsuitable for the family and luggage. In the absence of availability, a phone call or email would have been helpful to allow the client to make alternative plans. In summary: unreliability and little attention to customer needs. I state that in the past I have rented several cars from other Avis car rentals with satisfaction: not this time. L	Luca PD on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non conosco il parco auto quanto sia esteso, in ogni caso io ho utilizzato una 500x per qualche giorno. L'auto in se tutto ok eccetto il cattivo odore presente all'interno. La nota negativa riguarda l'assenza di cortesia del personale che purtroppo è stato quasi sempre scocciato o almeno questa è stata la mia sensazione. Tra l'altro una volta lasciata l'auto avevo dimenticato un piccolo accessorio all'interno che poi non è stato più trovato nonostante il giorno seguenti avessi chiamato subito per segnalare la cosa! Non ve lo consiglio. I don't know how extensive the fleet is, in any case I used a 500x for a few days. The car itself is okay except for the bad smell inside. The negative note concerns the lack of courtesy of the staff who unfortunately were almost always annoyed or at least this was my feeling. Among other things, once I left the car I had forgotten a small accessory inside which was then never found even though the following day I called immediately to report it! I don't recommend it.

M	Mattia Lunardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio vivamente questo noleggio,riconsegnato l auto con la stessa quantita’ di benzina ricevuta(cioe’ precisamente al 95%)(nn e’ che uno si ferma per fare 5 euro al benzinaio a 10 metri) dopo aver segnalato che era allo stesso livello ricevuta la risposta e stata ok va bene, il giorno seguente prelevati 25 euro dalla carta di credito,classici individui che vivono facendo giochetti per pochi spiccioli…poveracci!se devo noleggiare un altra auto lo faro’ sicuramente altrove. I strongly advise against this rental, returning the car with the same amount of petrol received (i.e. precisely 95%) (nn is that one stops to make 5 euros at the gas station at 10 meters) after reporting that it was at the same level received the answer and was ok okay, the following day I took 25 euros from the credit card, classic individuals who make a living playing games for a few pennies ... poor people! if I have to rent another car I will certainly do it elsewhere.
