 I book a van, pay in advance, and the day before the pickup I learn that the van is not there! As if that weren't enough, I have to call the call center to get a refund ... ROBE DA MATTI !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non pagate mai in anticipo il noleggio se volete evitare solenni fregature. Pare sia abitudine fornire un mezzo diverso, ovviamente inferiore, a quello prenotato senza poi riconoscere il minor costo.
Never pay the rental in advance if you want to avoid solemn rip-offs. It seems it is customary to provide a different vehicle, obviously lower, than the one booked without then recognizing the lower cost.
