★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fitattato un furgone per un weekend e al momento del ritiro me ne hanno presentato un altro che durante il tragitto ha dato problemi e nonostante avessimo segnalato il problema durante il viaggio, ci è stato consigliato di proseguire e putroppo il furgone quasi (fortunatamente) all'arrivo della nostra destinazione si è fermato ed abbiamo dovuto chiamare l'assistenza . Inoltre volevano affibiarci un danno , non causato da noi , al serbatoio, infatti siamo.dovuti ricorrere ad un avvocato .
 I fitattato a van for a weekend and at the time of the withdrawal they presented me another that during the journey gave problems and although we had reported the problem during the trip, we were advised to continue and unfortunately the van almost (fortunately) all arrival of our destination stopped and we had to call for assistance. They also wanted to pay us a damage, not caused by us, to the tank, in fact we had to resort to a lawyer.

Telefoniamo per avere un furgone chiuso a passo corto e ci danno disponibilità.
Prenotiamo dal sito il furgone specifico, ma il giorno del ritiro ci danno un furgone diverso in quanto l altro non più disponibile. Questo furgone per noi era inutilizzabile e quindi ci causano molti disagi.
Chiediamo un minimo di rimborso tramite mail e telefonate ma zero risposte. alla fine siamo costretti a pagare comunque L intero importo.

I confirm what I have already read in other reviews.
We call for a closed van with a short wheelbase and they give us availability.
We book the specific van from the site, but on the day of collection they give us a different van as the other is no longer available. This van was unusable for us and therefore cause us a lot of inconvenience.
We ask for a minimum refund by email and phone calls but zero responses. in the end we are forced to pay the full amount anyway.
Never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potessi dare zero stelle lo farei. Prenotato furgone con determinate dimensioni e al momento del ritiro vogliono dare uno più grande . Il problema è che non passava in un sotterraneo. Perdita di tempo ed economica . Ma oltre tutto mi dice che non bisogna prenotare su internet!!!! Professionalità zero .
If I could give zero stars I would. Booked van with certain dimensions and when picking up they want to give a bigger one. The problem is that it didn't go into a dungeon. Waste of time and money. But above all he tells me that you shouldn't book on the internet !!!! Zero professionalism.
