Eccellente! Ci siamo fermati oggi a pranzo e lo consiglio vivamente. Personale gentile e molto professionale,si vede che in ciò che fanno ci mettono il cuore. Ambiente pulito e accogliente(a parte gli animali imbalsamati che a me personalmente non piacciono). Cibo ottimo e prezzo onesto( mi aspettavo molto di più). Complimenti ai gestori.
Excellent! We stopped in today for lunch and I highly recommend it. Friendly and very professional staff, you can see that they put their heart into what they do. Clean and welcoming environment (apart from stuffed animals which I personally don't like). Great food and fair price (I was expecting a lot more). Congratulations to the managers.

Eccezionale, una vera rarità! La cura dei dettagli e la sperimentazione in cucina sono ad un livello che va oltre le aspettative. Faccio un esempio. Di solito quando in un ristorante ordiniamo un antipasto misto della casa siamo tutti abituati (purtroppo) ad aspettarci qualche prodotto più economico in mezzo ai “pezzi forti”, per fare volume e risparmiare un po’. Nella Locanda Stella Alpina questo non accade. Ogni singolo boccone dell’antipasto della casa è una vera esperienza sensoriale. La scelta dei vini è ottima e il personale è pronto a dare consigli competenti. Un’altra nota di merito: i grissini che accompagnano il pasto sono fatti in casa con lievito madre. Una scelta del genere fa capire quanto sia importante la qualità per i titolari. Siamo venuti qui oggi per Pasqua e abbiamo anche preso una focaccia artigianale fatta da loro sempre con lievito madre. Molto consigliata anche la pasta fatta in casa (l’abbiamo presa la scorsa volta) e i risotti con i prodotti di stagione (oggi con tarassaco e spugnole). Torneremo il prima possibile!
Exceptional, a real rarity! The attention to detail and experimentation in the kitchen are at a level that goes beyond expectations. I give an example. Usually when we order a mixed house appetizer in a restaurant we are all accustomed (unfortunately) to expecting some cheaper product among the "highlights", to make volume and save a little. In the Stella Alpina Inn this does not happen. Every single bite of the house appetizer is a true sensory experience. The choice of wines is excellent and the staff are ready to give competent advice. Another note of merit: the breadsticks that accompany the meal are homemade with mother yeast. Such a choice shows how important quality is for owners. We came here today for Easter and we also got an artisanal focaccia made by them always with mother yeast. Homemade pasta is also highly recommended (we bought it last time) and risotto with seasonal products (today with dandelions and morels). We will be back as soon as possible!

Staff friendly, professional and helpful; room well-equipped and clean (might be a bit cramped for a long stay); smart restaurant with good range of local dishes; very good breakfast.

My husband is extremely allergic to shellfish. When we arrived for lunch after a hike, we sat down and ordered drinks. The table next to us had shellfish, and my husband’s face began itching. To be safe, we decided to just have drinks and leave. A lady with short hair (I assume the manager or owner) came out and said that it is her understanding that we are not going to eat. When we confirmed this, she grabbed up all of the table setting and slammed the wooden table number back on the table and walked away. It’s unfortunate that we were treated so poorly when we were just trying to ensure someone’s safety.
