I risotti davvero gustosi, buffet di verdure.
Non do 5 stelle solamente per esclusione delle bevande, per il resto tutto ottimo. Consigliato.

I don't give 5 stars only for the exclusion of the drinks, for the rest everything excellent. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antipasto a buffet dozzinale,assaggio ( nel vero senso della parola) di 4 risotti serviti a caso, in cui il primo, più saporito, ha reso insapore i successivi, acqua e vino sfusi, 6 dolci e 6 liquori su 8 commensali, per 40€ a testa. Un rapporto qualità prezzo non sostenibile, per quella cifra si può mangiare e bere decisamente meglio!!! Delle 3 brocche di vino, da 750 ml, 2 avevano evidenti puzzette di zolfò.

Cheesy buffet appetizer, tasting (in the true sense of the word) of 4 risottos served at random, in which the first, tastier, made the following tasteless, bulk water and wine, 6 desserts and 6 liqueurs out of 8 diners, for 40 € each. An unsustainable quality / price ratio, for that amount you can eat and drink much better !!! Of the 3 750 ml jugs of wine, 2 had obvious sulfur stinks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ristorante dove il riso la fa da padrone, anche il menù è scritto su due fogli sagomati come un grano di riso. Il nome del ristorante, mi hanno spiegato, è il nome scientifico della pianta di riso, molto simile a quella del frumento. Ho apprezzato molto i contorni a buffet. Ottimo pure il piatto di riso Panizza. E' pure possibile acquistare qualche confezione di riso prodotto dall'annessa azienda agricola.
Restaurant where rice is king, even the menu is written on two sheets shaped like a grain of rice. The name of the restaurant, they said, is the scientific name of the rice plant, much like that of wheat. I enjoyed the buffet side dishes. The Panizza rice dish is also excellent. It is also possible to buy some packets of rice produced by the attached farm.

Da provare sopratutto il riso in tutte le sue declinazioni molto particolari ma sempre equilibrate.
