Abbiamo trascorso due notti e cenato presso la Locanda del Sasso, la camera era pulitissima e molto graziosa, con libri e giochi per il nostro bambino che ha apprezzato tantissimo. Consigliatissimo per staccare la spina e per gustare dell' ottimo cibo. Beautiful place, Carlo and Sole wonderful hosts, extraordinary welcome. We spent two nights and had dinner at the Locanda del Sasso, the room was spotless and very nice, with books and games for our child who loved it. Highly recommended to switch off and enjoy great food.

Consiglio sicuramente la zuppa nella pagnotta e la trippa, piatto dato troppe volte per scontato ma qui fatto davvero bene. Location bellissima. Locale accogliente e personale gentile. Ottimo anche lo spazio gioco per i bimbi. Prezzi onesti. Tornerò sicuro al 100% A really nice place. Perhaps a bit touristy as a proposal but there is ... However it is excellent quality and refined and refined dishes. I definitely recommend the soup in the loaf and the tripe, a dish too often taken for granted but here done really well. Beautiful location. Cozy place and friendly staff. The play area for children is also excellent. Honest prices. I'll be back 100% sure

La padrona gentilissima e cordiale, ci ha accolto in un locale pulito, curato, caldo e accogliente. Tanti saluti alla dottoressa e al grande capo. Lo consiglio vivamente. Ci ritornerò, a presto. The very kind and friendly landlady welcomed us in a clean, well-kept, warm and welcoming place. Many greetings to the doctor and the big boss. I highly recommend it. I'll be back soon.

Mi trovavo con la mia famiglia a visitare i presepi sull'acqua a Crodo l'ultimo dell'anno e volevo festeggiare in un modo un pó informale,diverso ,senza stare tutta sera seduto su una sedia ad aspettare la mezzanotte. Avevo già valutato questo locale guardando le buone recensioni e devo dire che ,dire che è un ottimo locale è dire poco,è sminuirlo. Ambiente caldo,accogliente,raffinato,una bella fusione tra moderno e stile di montagna. Proprietari e personale molto professionali,gentili ,che ti fanno sentire a casa dal momento in cui metti piede dentro fino a quando te ne vai. Sempre attenti,presenti ,cucina strepitosa... Da provare la tartare, le tagliatelle al ragout bianco, la tagliata e la polenta con il cinghiale. Carne di ottima qualità ,presentata in modo impeccabile ,raffinato. Rapporto qualità / prezzo nella norma.Ogni anno vado a Crodo perché è una zona che a me e alla mia famiglia piace particolarmente,ma da quest'anno so dove fermarmi a mangiare cibo genuino e di ottima qualità. Super..... I chose this place at first just for the fact that it didn't do the New Year's Eve dinner. I was with my family visiting the cribs on the water in Crodo on New Year's Eve and I wanted to celebrate in a somewhat informal, different way, without sitting on a chair waiting for midnight all evening. I had already evaluated this place by looking at the good reviews and I must say that to say it's a great place is an understatement. Warm, welcoming, refined atmosphere, a beautiful fusion of modern and mountain style. Very professional, kind owners and staff who make you feel at home from the moment you step inside until you leave. Always attentive, present, amazing cuisine ... Try the tartare, the tagliatelle with white ragout, the tagliata and the polenta with wild boar. Excellent quality meat, impeccably presented, refined. Quality / price ratio in the norm. Every year I go to Crodo because it is an area that my family and I particularly like, but from this year I know where to stop and eat genuine and excellent quality food. Super.....

Menu di antipasti e primi molto completo, con tutti i piatti ed i prodotti ossolani. Tutto cucinato molto bene, porzioni nella norma e piatti interessanti come le tagliatelle di cacao al ragù di cinghiale. I secondi sono principalmente a base di polenta. I prezzi sono contenuti ed il servizio impeccabile, da notare anche l’attenzione verso l’impiattamento. Dopo mangiato consiglio una breve passeggiata nella frazione per visitare il castagno secolare e la vista sopra Crodo. This restaurant is located in a hamlet above Crodo, which can still be reached by car with ample parking. Very complete menu of appetizers and first courses, with all the Ossola dishes and products. All cooked very well, normal portions and interesting dishes such as cocoa tagliatelle with wild boar ragu. The second courses are mainly based on polenta. The prices are low and the service impeccable, also note the attention paid to the dish. After eating, I recommend a short walk in the hamlet to visit the centuries-old chestnut tree and the view over Crodo.
