In primo luogo c'è stato un errore sulla comanda, è arrivata una grigliata singola anziché per due persone come avevamo chiesto , per rimediare abbiamo ordinato una seconda grigliata per due persone, e tempi di attesa sono stati lunghi. Eravamo a tavola dalle 8,40 alle ore 10,30 /10,40 la seconda grigliata non si è vista, abbiamo mangiato poco e delusi per l'attesa c'è ne siamo andati via. Chiaramente i proprietari hanno spiegato i motivi dei ritardi e cioè carenza di personale ok... ma il cliente paga, aspetta, chiude un occhio sul primo errore ma sul secondo errore si tollera un po' meno. Poi ci viene consigliato dal proprietario di andare a cena infrasettimana oppure di andare il sabato sera alle 7,30 così abbiamo un servizio più adeguato, personalmente esco quando posso e secondo i miei tempi. Infine ci viene dato uno sconto da utilizzare una prossima volta... Al momento direi che non ci torno. Mi dispiace il pesce è buono, ma il servizio non mi ha soddisfatto. I have been to dinner in this place, all in all it's nice. But I had a hard time waiting for food. First there was an error on the order, a single barbecue instead of for two people arrived as we had asked, to remedy we ordered a second barbecue for two people, and waiting times were long. We were at the table from 8.40 to 10.30 / 10.40 the second grill was not seen, we ate little and disappointed for the wait there we left. Clearly the owners have explained the reasons for the delays and that is a shortage of staff ok ... but the customer pays, waits, turns a blind eye on the first mistake but on the second mistake he tolerates himself a little less. Finally we are given a discount to use next time ... At the moment I would say that I will not go back. I'm sorry the fish is good, but the service didn't satisfy me.

Aperitivo di ben venuto appena seduti al tavolo, Subito dopo, priorità al nostro bimbo con suo ordine , anche in quel frangente , la signora aveva un modo di fare carismatico e coinvolgente, ci ha elencato il nostro menù e dopo poco tempo ci ha serviti e sempre con la massima gentilezza, portate abbondanti e deliziose, ritorneremo sicuramente anche senza coupon.
