Pranzo tradizionale alla ferrarese: antipasto di salumi misti con pinzini davvero squisiti, cappellacci di zucca burro e salvia e non poteva mancare la Salamina da sugo con purè di patate... questa una prelibatezza veramente da provare. 5 stelle più che meritate.
Great experience ... fast and courteous service. Traditional Ferrarese lunch: appetizer of mixed cold cuts with really exquisite pinzini, pumpkin cappellacci, butter and sage and the Salamina da sugo with mashed potatoes ... this is a delicacy to try. 5 stars more than you deserve.
