★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ti aspetteresti (almeno, noi non ce lo aspettavamo!) di trovare un ristorante che propone piatti di alto livello fuori dalle Terme di Premia appena riaperte. E invece, è stato proprio così! Abbiamo preso due secondi: filetto all'Ossolana e guancia di vitello. Il primo alto e grande, cotto alla perfezione, il secondo tanto tenero da sciogliersi in bocca, sapore delizioso. Porzioni molto generose. Abbiamo gustato tutto con enorme piacere. Nota di contorno sempre apprezzata: personale gentile e professionale. Alla fine, forse perché avevamo anche fatto colazione lì con un'ottima crostata ai mirtilli, ci è stato offerto un amaro alle erbe di produzione locale che ci è piaciuto molto. Conto molto onesto. Che dire? Peccato non abitare più vicino, ma se torneremo in Val Formazza sarà anche per questo gioiello!

 You wouldn't expect (at least, we didn't expect it!) To find a restaurant serving high-end dishes outside the newly reopened Terme di Premia. Instead, it was just like that! We took two seconds: Ossolana fillet and veal cheek. The first tall and large, cooked to perfection, the second so tender that it melts in your mouth, delicious flavor. Very generous portions. We enjoyed everything with great pleasure. Side note always appreciated: kind and professional staff. In the end, perhaps because we had also had breakfast there with a very good blueberry tart, we were offered a locally produced herbal amaro which we really liked. Very honest account. What to say? Too bad we don't live closer, but if we return to Val Formazza it will be for this jewel too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ogni volta che vengo qui a mangiare ne esco sempre soddisfatta!! Ottima tartare e tagliolini al ragù di cervo ...i dolci???? Uno più spettacolare dell'altro.
Every time I come here to eat I always come out satisfied !! Excellent tartare and tagliolini with venison ragu ... the desserts ???? One more spectacular than the other.

Da provare sicuramente le tagliatelle al ragù di cinghiale.
Da accompagnare con un buon Tarlap o Ca dei Mate, vini locali.
Pleasant place and excellent cuisine.
Definitely try the tagliatelle with wild boar sauce.
To be served with a good Tarlap or Ca dei Mate, local wines.
