Personale molto gentile e accomodante (famiglia con 3 bimbi piccoli). La colazione è semplice ma efficace. Non abbiamo potuto testare il ristorante perché chiuso per ferie, ci siamo accontentati di fare qualche picnic nel parco adiacente. Beautiful park practically attached to the structure which is not brand new but has its own charm. Very nice and accommodating staff (family with 3 small children). The breakfast is simple but effective. We could not test the restaurant because it was closed for holidays, we were content to have a few picnics in the adjacent park.

G	Giulia Migliorato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mancavo da circa 10 anni, il giardino è piacevole, il lago con i cigni, guardare la villa è sempre grandioso. Purtroppo sono rimasta un po' delusa dall'albergo. Personale gentile si, però non sempre presente, camere rimaste com'erano 10 anni fa, pittura della stanza gonfia per qualche perdita, camere con arredamento "Vintage". La struttura necessita di lavori di manutenzione. Purtroppo abbiamo riscontrato un calo anche nella pulizia, Negli angoli della stanza erano presenti ragnatele, Letto pulito, ma non posso dire lo stesso della doccia. All'interno di quest'ultima erano presenti elementi epidermici (Peli), ritrovati anche in uno degli asciugamani. Attribuisco tre stelle per l'affetto che nutro nei confronti della struttura e per i ricordi da bambina, mi dispiace molto fare queste critiche, sicuramente ci sarà una prossima volta e spero di ritrovare bei ricordi. I had been away for about 10 years, the garden is pleasant, the lake with the swans, looking at the villa is always great. Unfortunately I was a bit disappointed with the hotel. Friendly staff yes, but not always present, rooms left as they were 10 years ago, painting of the room swollen due to some leaks, rooms with "Vintage" furniture. The property needs maintenance work. Unfortunately we also found a drop in cleanliness, There were cobwebs in the corners of the room, Clean bed, but I can't say the same about the shower. Inside the latter there were epidermal elements (Peli), also found in one of the towels. I attribute three stars for the affection I have towards the structure and for the memories as a child, I am very sorry to make these criticisms, surely there will be a next time and I hope to find good memories.

Che il prezzo pattuito è rimasto invariato; che l'accesso al parco di Villa Serra ha fatto concludere in bellezza un pomeriggio bleah! Dunque: inzio pranzo previsto per le 12,30/13... abbiamo cominciato alle 13,50! Era prevista una flute di benvenuto che non ci è stata offerta neanche per ingannare il tempo dell'attesa :( Accesso dopo un accurato controllo dei green pass... e vai! Tra gli antipasti, previsti anche dei vol-au-vent mai arrivati... ed il resto era freddo, come tutti i primi che comunque non erano quelli indicati: sì i ravioli al sugo, no le lune di pesto con fagiolini su crema di patate (al loro posto trofie comuni al pesto e pansoti in salsa di noce, sic!). Ok per il sorbetto (almeno quello!). Secondo come da copione; peccato che l'agnello al forno fosse costituito per lo più da ossa, i carciofi non sapessero di niente, le patate novelle fossero asciutte (più o meno bene le costine di agnello fritto, ma niente di che). Poi spezzatino con i piselli. Dulcis in fundo: colomba con colata di cioccolato fondente, da mangiare col cucchiaino (!)... ed ora un po' di spumante. Niente a che vedere col locale anche un pochino pretenzioso di anni fa; servizio approssimativo, accesso al parcheggio vietato (riservato, ahimè, soltanto ai pernottanti), pulizia dei pavimenti che "lasciamo perdere"... Ah, anche due "peli" rinvenuti in un piatto. Come dire? A mai più rivederci! Fresh from Easter lunch, what good can I say? That the agreed price has remained unchanged; that the access to the park of Villa Serra made an afternoon end with a flourish yuck! So: start of lunch scheduled for 12.30 / 13 ... we started at 13.50! There was a welcome flute that was not offered to us not even to pass the time of waiting :( Access after a thorough check of the green passes ... and go! Among the appetizers, there were also some vol-au-vents that never arrived ... and the rest was cold, like all the first courses that were not the ones indicated: yes the ravioli with sauce, no moons of pesto with green beans on cream of potatoes (in their place trofie common to pesto and pansoti in walnut sauce, sic!). Ok for the sorbet (at least that!). According to as expected; pity that the lamb in the oven was made up mostly of bones, the artichokes did not taste of anything, the new potatoes were dry (more or less good the fried lamb ribs, but nothing special). Then stew with peas. Last but not least: colomba with dark chocolate pour, to eat with a spoon (!) ... and now a little sparkling wine. Nothing to do with the even a little pretentious place of years ago; approximate service, no access to parking (reserved, alas, only for overnight guests), cleaning the floors that we "forget" ... Ah, even two "hairs" found on a plate. How to say? See you never again!

Tra l'altro il menu proposto non è lo stesso servito ( anche un po' freddo) I'm at the restaurant with relatives for Easter. Disappointing organization and quality. It wasn't like that once. Among other things, the proposed menu is not the same served (even a little cold)

La cena tre scelte in croce con scarse porzioni. Ospitalità zero. Tutto da ristrutturare (entro alle 04:15 e non funziona la chiave elettronica!)! Bad service, especially at breakfast, at 8:15 there was nothing left (they brought me a box of UHT milk and a packet of biscuits). Dinner three choices on the cross with meager portions. Zero hospitality. All to be restored (by 04:15 and the electronic key does not work!)!

Y	Yeshasvi Tirupachuri (yeti) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent food and fantastic place. The staff were very courteous and friendly. Also they speak English and help you with choosing food. The merlot served is very nice and goes good with the food. The chocolate pudding at the end was quite delicious and it was hard to resist! The price of the mean was 39€ but it was a lot of food and I had a great experience. I recommend this place.
