★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fantastic Tuscan food, some of the best I've had so far in Italy! Homemade pasta, tiramisu, soup, alongside unique wines.
Servers and owner(?) were all incredibly nice and welcoming as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing. Paccheri del godimento was probably the best main/pasta I've had in my life, that level of emotion and perfection that only Michelin Star restaurants can convey.
Everything else was of the highest level, especially the Peposa and the white bean.
Service was superb and the chef would be wandering around sharing his secrets and recipes.
I would come back to pistoia just to eat here.
