All'inizio pensavo che fossero senza esperienza MA mi hanno colto di sorpresa e il ragazzo alto era molto disponibile e simpatico e invece il ragazzo biondo alla cassa era molto simpatico e ci ha spiegato tutto quello che ci poteva consiglio a TUTTI! ? Yesterday I was with my family in the valley and there were two very young guys ... At first I thought they were inexperienced BUT they took me by surprise and the tall boy was very helpful and nice and instead the blond boy at the cashier he was very nice and explained everything he could recommend to EVERYONE! ?

Sono stato trattato con sufficienza e pochissima cordialità, in futuro cercherò alternative migliori. Nice bike, fair prices, but choosing better people to let in contact with customers would be fundamental for a good success. Consigliata la prenotazione nei periodi più affollati, anche se noi siamo riusciti a prenderle anche andando la mattina alle 08:30 senza prenotazione. Wide availability of both city and mountain bikes, electric and normal! Reservations are recommended in the busiest periods, even if we were able to take them even going in the morning at 08:30 without a reservation.

Qualità delle biciclette alta che non appaga tuttavia la gestione del Rent, prezzi alti: mezza giornata pagata a prezzo pieno, biciclette sporche e scarsissima igene nel carrello bici per bambini noleggiato , molta superficialità nella gestione che non avrebbe dato nessun “ferro” per la riparazione dei pneumatici se non richiesto dal sottoscritto, poco cordiale e professionale da EVITARE! High quality bicycles that do not satisfy the management of the Rent, high prices: half a day paid at full price, dirty bicycles and very little hygiene in the rented children's bike cart, a lot of superficiality in the management that would not have given any "iron" for the repair of tires if not requested by myself, unfriendly and professional to AVOID!

Mio figlio di 15 anni è rimasto contentissimo. Today I was with my family in Val Venegia and I rented bicycles at the Paneveggio Visitor Center. Good prices and courtesy of the clerk. My 15 year old son was delighted.

Had to cancel my rental periode due to an injury and the owner was very helpful and fair. Perfect Service! I rented a Merida One Sixty (Enduro) - pretty nice ride and in great condition.
