Ho trovato personale professionalmente preparato, veloce oltre che gentile e cordiale nel fornire indicazioni e chiarimenti. Sono stato poi contattato telefonicamente per un ulteriore dettaglio che non avevo fornito: motivo di ulteriore scrupolo e professionalità nella gestione della pratica.
 I turned to the Predazzo branches to request the transfer of 2 methane gas users, the transfer of 1 electric user and the reactivation of a second one with another operator. I found staff professionally trained, quick as well as polite and friendly in providing information and clarifications. I was then contacted by telephone for a further detail that I had not provided: reason for further scruple and professionalism in the management of the case.
