10 €/ giorno di noleggio (ok) e 20€ di pura incompetenza (non andateci) nel momento in cui alla consegna dei rottami quello è stato il prezzo arrogantemente richiesto dal noleggio per una ruota leggermente storta, e quindi secondo loro con danneggiamento e rottura anche se i raggi si raddrizzano se sei capace. Pessimi.

We rented 3 bikes from them for a week. Excellent service, immediately available in case of need. Perfect bikes and they are really very nice, beautiful and kind.

Au retour, ils effectuent un contrôle du vélo QU'ILS NE FONT PAS AU MOMENT DE LA LOCATION, pour ensuite prétendre à des dégâts et vous faire payer. Et le personnel n'hésite pas à se réunir autour de vous pour vous menacer afin que vous payiez. Très mauvaise image du service. Nous aurions dû écouter un autre avis publié il y a 3 semaines, relatant la même histoire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e i miei amici abbiamo affittato tre bici per quattro giorni. Prezzo giusto, bici nuove. Il personale è molto cortese e disponibile, infatti al mio amico purtroppo avevano rubato il giacchetto con le chiavi della bici dentro e il personale è stato molto disponibile a risolvere il problema. Il posto si trova in centro storico, quindi è molto comodo per raggiungere le zone vicine come Baia Verde.

My friends and I rented three bikes for four days. Fair price, new bikes. The staff is very courteous and helpful, in fact my friend unfortunately had the jacket with the keys to the bike inside stolen and the staff was very helpful in solving the problem. The place is located in the historic center, so it is very convenient to reach the nearby areas such as Baia Verde.
Nice and prepared!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did not rent bikes from these guys, but we’re on a ten day cycle tour is Salento, and had a pedal break. Within 7 minutes the guys at Bike in Gallipoli had replaced my pedals and sent us on our way. The total charge for new pedals and labor? 5 euros. A great bargain, and I, being on a fixed itinerary, was desperate - they could have charged anything.
