Effettivamente costa di meno rispetto alle altre ma dopo ti fanno pagare una penale per danni inesistenti. I agree with the other three hundred negative reviews this bike rental already has. It actually costs less than the others but afterwards they charge you a penalty for non-existent damages.

Inoltre ci hanno fatto pagare una penale di 40€ per i raggi storti ma erano già in quelle condizioni. Lo sconsiglio. Very bad. The prices are right but the bikes are in very bad condition (rusty chains, broken brakes, crooked spokes). They also charged us a penalty of € 40 for the crooked spokes but they were already in that condition. I do not recommend it.

Il giorno prima di riconsegnare le bici, queste misteriosamente vengono rubate o danneggiate imponendo poi con minacce verbali "so dove abiti, non dormire sonni tranquilli" il pagamento di un risarcimento. Sentito un parere legale, il contratto contiene clausole vessatorie. Assolutamente da evitare. Bad experience, arrogant and threatening staff. Oltre ad offrire il luchetto per evitare eventuali furti, i gestori del negozio sono molto gentili e affidabili. Sembra che siano frequenti i "furti" delle bici di questi sfortunati noleggiatori (in questi casi addebitano una penale a chi ha noleggiato). Sono anche frequenti i "danneggiamenti" alle loro bici (anche in questi casi chiedono una penale a chi noleggia). Hanno appena cancellato la loro pagina fb a 5 stelle in cui le recensioni positive erano casualmente di gente che vive proprio a Gallipoli. Appena è arrivata qualche recensione negativa sparita la pagina. Abbiamo trovato altre persone che hanno vissuto la nostra esperienza e sporgeremo denuncia. They just deleted their 5-star fb page where the positive reviews were casually from people who live right in Gallipoli. As soon as some negative reviews arrived, the page disappeared. We have found other people who have lived our experience and we will complain.
