★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noleggio con personale poco educato nei confronti del cliente. Per mia esperienza in questo noleggio mi hanno, prima, falsificato il contratto, poi, fatto credere che il parafango fosse presente nel motore, ma in realtà non lo era fin dall'inizio, noleggio sconsigliatissimo?
Rental with staff not polite towards the customer. From my experience in this rental they first falsified the contract, then made me believe that the fender was present in the engine, but in reality it was not from the beginning, rental highly discouraged?

Rude staff, from personal experience I do not recommend this rental to everyone because they tried to scam me by asking to pay for a non-existent engine fender already from the first installment of the rental. I was almost calling law enforcement because I had pictures of the fender-less engine from day one. I advise against everyone

Non date retta a chi blatera, mi sono trovato in una situazione nella quale dei ragazzini non volevano ammettere le colpe e pagare i danni. State tranquilli che vi offrono pure il caffè

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scelgo questo noleggio un po’ titubante dopo aver letto alcune recensioni negative. Personalmente posso smentire questi commenti negativi avendo trovato personale gentile disponibile e anche simpatico. Al contrario invece ho assistito a una discussione con dei ragazzi che dopo aver danneggiato alcuni scooter in maniera evidente , aggredivano verbalmente alcuni membri del personale rifiutando anche di pagare il danno causato.
I choose this rental a bit hesitant after reading some negative reviews. Personally I can deny these negative comments having found friendly helpful and also nice staff. On the contrary, however, I witnessed a discussion with some guys who after having damaged some scooters in an obvious way, verbally attacked some staff members also refusing to pay for the damage caused.
