As a disabled person who has lived in Cerveteri for many years I can only thank you for the service you offer to us disabled and I especially thank Mrs Rosa and Mr Fabio for the assistance they have given me, also recently ?

Inqualificabile disattenzione alle esigenze degli utenti The phone doesn't work either ... for the elderly it is impossible to reach because at the top of a steep alley (not to mention the internal stairs) ... endless rows and great crowding. Unqualified inattention to user needs

SHAMEFUL!!!!! in time of Covid where travel must be reduced to a minimum, and despite the phone ringing free, no one deigns to answer ... forcing me to take the car and move for a simple medical change !!!!

Oggi mi sono intestardita e ho chiamato quasi 20 volte in una mattina per sentire un telefono che squilla libero allo sfinimento e subito dopo risulta occupato (benedetta sia la cornetta ribaltata per non avere scocciature, vero?). Esausta mi reco per avere una semplice informazione fino alla struttura che da Google risulta aperta fino alle 12.30 per sentirmi rispondere che chiudono alle 12 e quindi non mi possono ricevere. Servizio pubblico pagato con le tasse dei cittadini. Da mettersi le mani nei capelli. Truly a disgraceful service. There is no email address, there is only a phone number that no one ever replies to. Today I was stubborn and I called almost 20 times in one morning to hear a phone ring free to exhaustion and immediately after it is busy (blessed is the handset overturned for not having hassle, right?). Exhausted, I go to get a simple information up to the structure that Google is open until 12.30 to hear me answer that they close at 12 and therefore they cannot receive me. Public service paid for with citizens' taxes. To put your hands in your hair.
g	gabriele frezza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accesso effettuato per la scelta del medico di base, distretto posizionato nel cuore del quartiere centrale di Cerveteri, mentre cerco l'ingresso chiedo informazioni a due passanti che mi rispondono vagamente indicandomi come esatta la zona Ma affermando di non sapere dove fosse...riprendo la mia strada e dopo un lungo percorso in tondo torno più o meno dove ho ricevuto le vaghe info e nascosto dietro ad un edificio adiacente trovo l'ingresso...non felice il fato....mi annunciano che i sistemi informatici sono off invitandomi a presentare un altro giorno...nel frattempo che, cerco di raccogliere informazioni per la scelta del MMG vedo lì per lì i due ben vestiti di cui prima... sperando nella loro buona fede mi rifiuto di pensare che siano amministratori di quella Asl.
