★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neanche una stella si merita,personale orribile, soprattutto una dottoressa se così si possa chiamare, educazione sotto le scarpe, mi ha trattato malissimo solamente per aver chiesto a chi rivolgermi per prendere un appuntamento perché lo avevo disdetto visto che mio figlio era malato, al telefono mi avevano detto di passare giovedì pomeriggio per riprenderlo e lei con aria strafottente e svogliata del suo lavoro dicendomi tutte scuse mentre mi chiudeva la porta in faccia ..... RIDICOLA non sei degna di fare questo lavoro !!!
Peccato che non so il suo nome perché l’avrei scritto volentieri !!!

Not even a star deserves, horrible staff, especially a doctor if you can call it education under your shoes, treated me badly just for asking whom to turn to to make an appointment because I had canceled it since my son was sick phone told me to spend Thursday afternoon to resume it and she with arrogant and listless air of his work telling me all excuses while he closed the door in my face ..... RIDICOLA you are not worthy of doing this job !!!
Too bad I don't know his name because I would have written it willingly !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata oggi per il cambio del medico e il ragazzo che lavorava allo sportello è stato molto educato, gentile oltre che professionale,e mi ha fatto subito il cambio.
Poche persone sono cosi nel servizio pubblico.
I was today for the change of doctor and the guy who worked at the counter was very polite, kind as well as professional, and he immediately changed me.
Few people are like that in public service.
