Ho la tessera sanitaria scaduta da un anno e non posso manco fare il vaccino.. BRAVI Shame on you ... Sono giorni che ho inviato documentazione per ottenere esenzione per malattia rara su libretto sanitario e non ho avuto alcun riscontro. È urgente ma pare che per loro non lo sia........ Siamo nel 2021 e per prenotare medico di base e tessera sanitaria dovrai chiamare il loro numero telefonico, ma scoprirai questo una volta che sei arrivi lì, perche il numero è scritto su un foglio incollato con il nastro adesivo sulla porta!!!!!! Se hanno creato un servizio di prenotazione telefonica, giustamente per evitare assembramento, allora perché non mettono un avviso sul loro sito? Sulla pagina Facebook, su instagram, oppure qui su google maps queste informazioni????? Ci fanno andare fin lì al vuoto per dirci che dobbiamo chiamare per prenotare l'appuntamento. Ho chiamato il numero tutta la mattina e solo alle 12:20 sono riuscita a fare la presentazione. MIRACOLOSAMENTE la signora con cui ho parlato è stata, educata, gentilissima e molto efficiente, purtroppo persone così non si trovano molto nell'amministrazione pubblica. Su quella di Roma, figurati. Lack of information online! Eppure è una Asl, di solito chi si rivolge in questi uffici non è perché si sta divertendo, avrà sicuramente bisogno di qualcosa per la salute...( E per fortuna ?‍♀️) ovviamente non fanno quasi più nulla senza appuntamento... Quindi come devo fare? What to say! Not even a valid number on Google.
