Oggi voglio ringraziare il fisioterapista Federico per la disponibilità e professionalità. Il mio ringraziamento va anche alla fisioterapista Daniela per i suoi preziosi consigli. Sentiti complimenti al tecnico di risonanza molto paziente, garbato e professionale. Grazie a tutto lo staff amministrativo e medico.

Il giorno 09/05/22 avevo una visita urologica.Al mio arrivo la segretaria all'accettazione,con tanto di "ciancichio" continuo da gomma da masticare, mi dice che il dott. Vannozzi non c'è.C'era solamente la mattina.Basito chiedo spiegazioni,nonostante il mio appuntamento preso un mese prima,con tanto di due ore di permesso al lavoro.Non avendo una risposta plausibile,cerco di comprendere la situazione,mi dice che ci sarebbe stato il sostituto,acconsento molto entusiasta ma al momento della chiamata,non c'è neanche il sostituto.Da li in poi ha chiamato 4/5 persone chiedendo se facevano l'esame che dovevo fare.Infastidito dall'attesa e dall'improvvisazione declino gentilmente qualsiasi opzione,compreso lo sconto da €170,00 a €144,00 in un altro giorno.A MAI PIÙ è sconsiglio assolutamente questa clinica a chiunque.Imbarazzanti.
M	Max Ballesio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza estremamente negativa ieri con questa struttura, causata da un addetto all'accettazione Visite Specialistiche in convenzione, che ha avuto la brillante idea di indirizzarmi in attesa di fronte all'ambulatorio errato. Dopo 40 minuti di attesa, alla mia successiva richiesta di informazioni presso il relativo Box, ho poi saputo che la visita in questione era originariamente prevista in altro piano della struttura. Risultato....? Due ore e venti minuti di ritardo, poichè nel frattempo il Professore aveva proseguito con le visite programmate. Mai piu' qui. Extremely negative experience yesterday with this facility, caused by a Specialist Visits Acceptance Officer in agreement, who had the brilliant idea of referring me to waiting in front of the wrong clinic. After 40 minutes of waiting, at my next request for information at the relevant Box, I then learned that the visit in question was originally scheduled on another floor of the structure. Result....? Two hours and twenty minutes late, as in the meantime the Professor had continued with the scheduled visits. Never again here.
S	Stefania Di Mugno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura è molto bella ed il personale sanitario con cui mi sono relazionata, certamente cortese e competente. Le attrezzature, di massimo livello. Ma questo non permette più di tre stelle. Analsi sangue: luogo decisamente troppo affollato. Idem per i corridoi in prossimità. Decisamente troppo affollati (covid!!!). Bagni: presenti ma minuscoli, una donna con una borsa ha difficoltà ad entrare. Modalità di ricezione referti via mail: se ti scordi di chiederlo al momento del pagamento e non ti viene proposta come opzione, devi iscriverti ad un sito sul quale è obbligatorio caricare il proprio doc di id e poi va chiamata la struttura per avere il caricamento del referto: ma scherziamo?! Prima volta che vado, mi aspettavo molto ma molto di più da una struttura così e così ben pubblicizzata. Una vera lode per cortesia e disponibilità, invece, va ai ragazzi del parcheggio. Roma offre talmente tante possibilità di strutture con macchinari di alto livello che non ci tornerò più, salvo che per ritirare il mio referto. The structure is very nice and the health staff with whom I relate, certainly courteous and competent. The equipment, of the highest level. But this does not allow more than three stars. Blood analysis: definitely too crowded place. Ditto for the corridors in the vicinity. Definitely too crowded (covid !!!). Toilets: present but tiny, a woman with a bag has difficulty getting in. How to receive reports via e-mail: if you forget to ask for it at the time of payment and it is not offered as an option, you must register on a site on which it is mandatory to upload your own ID doc and then the structure must be called to have the report: are we kidding ?! First time I go, I was expecting much, much more from such a well advertised property. A real praise for courtesy and availability, however, goes to the guys in the parking lot. Rome offers so many possibilities of facilities with high-level machinery that I will never go back, except to collect my report.

N	Nicola De Quattro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a covid "rapid" test. Booked at 13:20, I've been tested at 14:00, test was unusually painful. After 1h no result yet, normally test requires 15 min to give results. Staff is very unpleasant and rude. Parking is to be paid, only cash, remember to do it: there's no sign anywhere and going back from the exit is dangerous.
L	Lucy Qwerty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic facilities, TERRIBLE follow up. Waiting 3 weeks and counting for blood test results. Their online service doesn't work, it is practically impossible to get through on the phone and the email bounces back. Did not expect to have to physically go there to get the results in 2022. What a disappointment.

Super easy process, the staff speak limited English so we had to use google translate.But they were able to get us registered and tested within 30 minutes and that was as a walk-in, no scheduled appointment. Results were sent to my email within 1 hour. Highly recommend. Only $22 for antigen testing.
