From 5.7 .2021 for quite a long time I was able to appreciate, thanks to a friend who was hospitalized in a long DEGENZA, the great professionalism of the whole staff, including many excellences including the social worker and doctors but I repeat all in general. The nursing home is very clean and welcoming. I have to give compliments and thanks indiscriminately Thanks L.M.

To avoid !!!!! To avoid especially a doctor who is responsible for what happened to my mother. Following a sharp decline in the cognitive functions of my mother, elderly and hospitalized for physiotherapy following surgery, I informed this "self-styled" doctor of the aggravation. The "doctor" replied with arrogance and cursing (attitudes that had already triggered the reactions of relatives of several patients). When another "normal" doctor arrived the next morning, he found that practically mom was already in a sort of coma due to hydrocephalus (which instead could have been caught in time if only she had listened to me) she was taken to urgency in the emergency room of San Filippo Neri where they operated on her immediately. Unfortunately, the damage created by these delays is not and will not be recoverable. Everything can be documented. Even the non-medical staff did not excel .... too few for the number of patients. My mother was hospitalized from 21/8/2020 to 12/11/2020 at the first floor DX to rehabilitate after a fracture in her left wrist. I would like to thank all the nursing staff in the first place, the osss, the physiotherapists and the doctors who have been close to us in these difficult months of hospitalization given the covid situation. My mother talks about it with a smile, and is grateful for the great professionalism, friendliness and affection shown by the staff. I'm sorry to read negative reviews about guys who put their heart and soul into the work they do. This property deserves much more, as it has trained and very helpful staff. Heartfelt thanks

My mother was hospitalized in the R1 ward of Villa Verde for two years and five months, after coming out of a coma for two and a half months. For ten days he has been home again, he has fully recovered his conscience and, in his long hospitalization, has made continuous and constant progress. Most of the hospitalization took place in conjunction with the various lockdowns, so from March 2020 until the time of discharge, strict restrictions were placed on the possibility of visiting family members. Nevertheless, all the staff of the ward have always had a wonderful behavior, favoring our contacts with video calls and telephone calls and taking care of my mother in an impeccable way, helping her to endure the forced detachment, so hard for a hospitalized person and who would have need for the physical presence of loved ones. It is difficult to list and thank the Healthcare Personnel who have taken care of her because I do not know which category to start from without hurting the others. So I decided to go in alphabetical order. My family is deeply indebted to the Head Nurse, to all the Physiotherapists, to all the Nurses, to all the Speech Therapists who followed my mother, to all the Doctors, to all the OSS, to the Psychologist. The availability, competence and humanity of all of them, from the first to the last (even if there are not last, but only first) is moving and difficult to express. And all this in a really difficult job, often frustrating and unnerving but also, I believe, capable of giving great joys and satisfactions. A job (I mean that of ALL the staff listed) that extends well beyond the walls of Villa Verde and reaches the homes of patients' families, helping them to support and accept the thought that a loved one is not in the next room, he is not under the same roof and no one knows if he will ever be able to go home. There would be so many other things to say, so many specific episodes to remember and so many names to do. I would also like to thank the Administrative and Reception Staff, who are also harassed by relationships with petulant and impatient family members (I put myself in the front row between them)! The only "negative" note are the few beds (albeit increased since the beginning of COVID) in the R1 department, and therefore the difficulty of having loved ones assigned to it. My family and I, and especially my mother, were very lucky to find a place. We were welcomed with great concern, attention, availability and humanity. I remember it well on the first day. I heartily recommend, but also with good reason, the whole Structure, and the R1 Department in particular (due to the direct knowledge I have of it), to anyone who unfortunately has a family member in a situation of serious difficulty and lack of autonomy. Bad structure with absolutely poor and unqualified staff. I hospitalized my mother in early April 2022 for post-acute rehabilitation. She came in to recover from a fracture and got pneumonia .... It can happen, but doctors are totally unprepared and unprofessional. TO AVOID.

I was hospitalized for a long time (September 2021-January 2022) due to a complex vaccine fracture, with external fixator insertion. I appreciated the competence and courtesy of the entire staff and of the physiotherapists while noting some areas for improvement: a low number of employees compared to that of patients, most of them very elderly and with multiple pathologies, starting with neurological ones, and equipment that is not always adequate and that make personal interventions heavier ("no latest generation beds, few physiotherapy tools, more functional furnishings), which can be improved with interventions that I believe can be addressed.

Bad structure, poor staff and poorly qualified, evasive doctors who do not really tell you how they are, checks by the ASL and the Lazio Region would be needed. A dear relative of mine was hospitalized for almost two months, initially things went well then everything went down the drain, mild and poorly done physiotherapy, little staff and consequent poor hygiene; a human being who comes in for rehabilitation cannot go out worse than before and with further aggravations. Fortunately my grandmother is slowly recovering but it will still take some time, for other patients the hospitalization ended in tragedy reading the comments of their relatives; watch over this structure and do not allow further misfortunes.
