★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi ho restituito le bombole qui acquistate. Come ho posizianato la prima bombola all'interno del locale mi viene chiesto di metterla esternamente, e così ho fatto. Finite le procedure di riconsegna, chiedo di poter riavere la caparra indietro e mi viene detto che senza ricevuta non mi può essere restituita. Spiego che ho smarrito la ricevuta e che comunque le bombole le ho restituite. Propongo gentilmente, fornendo il nominativo, di verificare dalla loro contabilità e mi viene risposto che la cosa richiedeva troppo tempo. Preciso che stiamo parlando di 10 euro di caparra (così mi ha riferito il personaggio con cui ho parlato). Ho desistito e me ne sono andato. Di sicuro non mi vedranno mai più!
Today I returned the cylinders purchased here. As I placed the first cylinder inside the room, I am asked to put it externally, and so I did. Once the return procedures have been completed, I ask to be able to get the deposit back and I am told that without a receipt it cannot be returned to me. I explain that I have lost the receipt and that in any case I have returned the cylinders. I kindly propose, providing the name, to check their accounts and I am told that this took too long. I specify that we are talking about a 10 euro deposit (this is how the character I spoke with told me). I gave up and left. For sure they will never see me again!
