Io e la mia famiglia siamo andati a prenotare alle chalet per 3 alle 13.30 salvo poi anticipare di mezz ora e si sono subito prodigati ad accontentarci...servizio ottimo e veloce non abbiamo mai dovuto sollecitare le richieste nonostante fosse domenica a pranzo...tutto molto buono specialmente i primi e il titolare ci ha chiesto più volte se fossimo soddisfatti! Assolutamente si anche il conto molto molto giusto. Unico neo il caffè non proprio di mio gusto . Grazie e buona fortuna They really let us have a nice Sunday! Me and my family went to book the chalets for 3 to 13.30 but then anticipate half an hour and they immediately strove to please ... good service and fast we never had to solicit requests despite being Sunday lunch ... all very good especially the first ones and the owner asked us several times if we were satisfied! Absolutely, even the very very right account. The only drawback is not the coffee of my taste. Thank you and best of luck

Il servizio è stato davvero impeccabile, la gentilezza e la disponibilità fuori dal comune dei gestori ci hanno fatto sentire a casa, il tavolo fuori e la cena al tramonto sono stati la ciliegina sulla torta. Grazie! We stayed 4 days in Prati di Tivo and had dinner every evening at the Chalet. Excellent dishes, ravioli with crazy ricotta and supreme stewed pork. The service was truly impeccable, the kindness and out of the ordinary availability of the managers made us feel at home, the table outside and the dinner at sunset were the icing on the cake. Thank you!

La struttura si presenta con un ambiente,caldo,curato : arredamento in legno,con caminetto a vista, sostanziale,posta meno sui formalismi;ma certamente sulla professionalità e la disponibilità dei gestori. Una piacevole degustazione :composta da polpette aromatizzate,la coratella piatto tradizionale romano e umbro,arrosticini di fegato e cipolla,salumi del parco con buona stagionatura, bruschette con tartufo,e preparazione di piatti vegetariani. riscontrando che non è la solita proposta di cucina turistica,ma di qualità,un menù essenziale,consistente,un gioco di sapori,e l'evidente qualità delle materie prime,e la capacità di valorizzarle. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. The Chalet is a refreshment point; located in the main square of the park; with the advantage of a panoramic position on the Gran Sasso. The structure has a warm, well-kept environment: wooden furniture, with an open fireplace, substantial, placed less on formalisms; but certainly on the professionalism and availability of the managers. A pleasant tasting: composed of flavored meatballs, the traditional Roman and Umbrian coratella dish, liver and onion arrosticini, cold cuts of the park with good seasoning, bruschetta with truffle, and preparation of vegetarian dishes. finding that it is not the usual proposal for tourist cuisine, but quality, an essential, consistent menu, a game of flavors, and the evident quality of the raw materials, and the ability to enhance them. Excellent value for money.

Grigliata mista ovvero braciola, 3 Arrosticini di che non si sa ma sicuramente non erano di pecora e una salsiccia spaccata, 13,90? No comment... le verdure grigliate alias 4 fette di zucchine 4,50 €... Ma scherziamo? Tra il secondo e il dolce 20 min di attesa nella speranza che venisse qualcuno x chiede dessert e caffè, contando che non c'era molta gente, arriva prima il caffè poi i dolci. Dolci 5,50 l'uno di cui il tiramisù buono ma la cheesecake che cheesecake non era, dato che era solo ed esclusivamente strato di Panna, non vale 5,50 ma al massimo. Prima e ultima volta. Insieme ad acqua ed una birra piccola 40€. Turistico si paga la posizione bella. Pedonale gentile. Only the first (x2) with good wild boar sauce. Totally overcooked pasta with sauce for the child, baked potatoes and inedible grilled vegetables. Together with water and a small beer 40 €. Tourist pays for the nice location. Gentle pedestrian.

Non ho messo 5 o 4 stelle per la qualità degli arrosticini non adeguati al resto ma ho informato Eleonora in modo (spero) che la prossima volta abbia provveduto a cambiare fornitore. E forse il prezzo è un po’ caro rispetto quello ricevuto. It is certainly the most pleasant restaurant in the Tivo meadows. Beautiful location with a terrace almost immersed in the beech forest. Lovely staff and owner. I did not put 5 or 4 stars for the quality of the arrosticini not adequate for the rest but I informed Eleonora so (I hope) that the next time she changed supplier. And perhaps the price is a bit expensive compared to the one received.
