Ottima la cucina, camere pulite, la proprietaria la Sig.ra Conny gentilissima e sempre disponibile così come il personale. Ho soggiornato qui 2 notti, per la presenza del bike park in cui mio figlio si è divertito molto. Anche io e mio marito siamo saliti con la cabinovia alla Madonnina, bel posto e splendida vista! Great location in the large square of Prati di Tivo at the foot of the Gran Sasso. Excellent cuisine, clean rooms, the owner Mrs. Conny very kind and always available as well as the staff. I stayed here 2 nights, due to the presence of the bike park where my son had a great time. My husband and I also got on the Madonnina cable car, a beautiful place and a splendid view!

Innanzitutto vi dico subito che non è adatto ai vegetariani infatti quando ho detto al cameriere che non mangiavo la carne,lui mi ha detto che mi avrebbe fatto lo stesso menù dei miei familiare ma nella versione "vegetariana". La versione vegetariana consisteva nel darmi le se stesse cose degli altri sebbene io potessi mangiarne solo la metà. C'è da dire però che qualità delle pietanze è senz'altro ottima. Inoltre il personale è cordiale anche se sono parecchio lenti, dimenticano ordini e non sanno gli ingredienti dei piatti che portano al tavolo. Il costo però è proporzionale al servizio. Buon punto di riferimento del parco,con cucina tipica, tradizionale davvero eccellente. Le camere sono modeste"tipiche da baita"il motivo del malcontento é Nell'aver dormito male,il letto con due doghe staccate,ed unite ,per essere preparato come matrimoniale, davvero scomodo;fino alla temperatura elevata riscontrata nella stessa,non proprio ottimale . Cortesia e disponibilità da parte dello staff,e dell'albergatrice. Segnaliamo subito che la punta di diamante dell'albergo è la direttrice, la signora Conni, di origine tedesca ma in Italia da più di trent'anni: simpaticissima, amorevole verso i clienti ed efficiente, si occupa di ogni aspetto dell'ospitalità alberghiera. Inoltre cucina molto bene: indimenticabile il baccalà con i ceci che ci ha preparato una sera. Sistemazione in camera tripla decisamente confortevole: tipico arredo montano in legno d'abete, in po' scricchiolante ma funzionale; pavimento coperto da moquette; bagno ampio; comodissimo balconcino semipanoramico, protetto dal sottotetto, in cui depositare l'attrezzatura da montagna. Unico neo: l'estrattore nel bagno (privo di finestre) non funzionava. Colazione con classico assortimento di cibi dolci (cornetti vuoti, marmellate e miele monodose, yogurt e cornflakes, fette biscottate) e salati (pane, prosciutto cotto, salame, formaggio); caffè eccellente. Per il pranzo e la cena, va detto che sul piano organizzativo ha pesato l'assenza del cuoco titolare per seri e improvvisi problemi di salute. Di conseguenza, tempi generalmente lunghi nel servizio in sala e una certa ripetitività nel menù. D'altra parte, la qualità dei piatti è sempre stata ottima; abbiamo gradito particolarmente la pasta fatta in casa, le grigliate di carne e i superpomodori (pesanti oltre un chilo) dell'orto della signora Conni. Segnaliamo che sia nelle camere sia nel ristorante sono ammessi cani di piccola taglia. We stayed two weeks in this small hotel, with full board. For lunch and dinner, it must be said that the absence of the owner chef weighed on the organizational level due to serious and sudden health problems. Consequently, generally long times in the room service and a certain repetition in the menu. On the other hand, the quality of the dishes has always been excellent; we particularly liked the homemade pasta, the grilled meats and the super-tomatoes (weighing over a kilo) from Mrs. Conni's garden. Anzitutto, il simpatico proprietario ci ha fatto sedere anche se siamo arrivati 15 minuti oltre l'orario di chiusura. Poi, che è l'aspetto fondamentale, il cibo è genuino e casalingo. Ottimi gli antipasti e lo stesso dicasi per i primi; la pasta fresca è fatta da loro. Propongono anche primi piatti senza glutine, non di pasta fresca, ma comunque con gli stessi ottimi condimenti. Anche negli antipasti erano presenti bruschette fatte con pane s.g. Il vino della casa è, senza esagerare, eccellente. Il tutto condito con l'indiscutibile simpatia e cordialità del titolare, il quale ci ha offerto un pomodoro del loro orto, preparato a fette con olio, sale e basilico: non solo era squisito, ma lui da solo faceva un altro pranzo. Colazione dolce e salata abbondante. È presente un bar con tavola calda e minimarket al piano terra, di cui però non ho usufruito. La signora Cony sempre gentilissima e sempre disponibile per consigli sui dintorni. Basic room but very warm and clean. The really excellent dinner, sheep salami, mushrooms etc ...
