Dopo anni, improvvisamente ne ho avuto bisogno anche io per una stupida vite che si è conficcata nel pneumatico e che me lo faceva sgonfiare molto lentamente.
Mi sono rivolto ancora a loro e tutto è stato risolto in modo impeccabile: accettazione veloce e cortese, colloquio con il meccanico che ha trovato la vite in pochi istanti, riparazione del foro nella gomma in 5 minuti. Attesa zero, problema risolto in tempo reale.
Costo più che accettabile. Problema risolto velocemente ed economicamente.
